There was no one at the register or on the "floor" when I got there. I actually had to walk back INTO the kitchen to get cashier help where they were just chatting and watching car videos. Then there was the food. ? I ordered a turkey avocado club thing and it was something that I would expect to get at a school cafeteria w/ tons of low-grade lettuce, bad tomatoes... BTW, there was less than a tablespoon full of avocado on a turkey avocado club & basically no mayo on a sandwich that advertised that it had mayo & I paid over $10. I recommend going here if you want to punish yourself because you have low self-esteem and thank you deserve awful stuff. ?
Good food and fantastic staff. There was a mixup with doordash, and I thought I'd pick it up at the restaurant right before closing. That didn't happen, but instead the staff remade my order and made sure it had all the same options. Absolutely recommend
Becky, behind the counter is wonderful. Gluten-free buns. My calzone made three meals.
Amazingly friendly, fast and hot food and very clean. I am rarely this impressed with any fast food restaurant.

Flawless customer service. Complemented by delicious food. The soup is actually comparable to Panera, but Schlotzsky's is much more affordable. Highly recommended

Great food. I had a chicken salad there and came back to try the french dip; both were fantastic. Service is excellent, and both times staff were quite friendly.
