One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. So much care and attention. My friends and I enjoyed every bite. Just a beautiful night start to finish. Chef Olea came out and spoke with us and was so gracious we won't forget it.

Our favorite restaurant in Santa Fe for truly inspired creative cuisine!
We chose to celebrate our anniversary at Sazon because, to us, it is the most special restaurant in Santa Fe. As always, the food and the service were outstanding. And Chef Fernando was especially gracious to us during the evening, even bringing a special Mezcal to our table of eight at the end of the evening to toast our anniversary. I cannot give enough stars to Sazon!
Transcendental experience.
This place was absolutely amazing! The food was spectacular, our waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu, and the ambiance was perfect. Everything we ate from starters to dessert was fantastic. You must try the moles and the specialty soup! We will be back!
This was our second visit to Sazon and it did not disappoint. This restaurant is outstanding. The moleâs seemed nuanced just slightly different , which i loved- the food is a creation and not formulaic. I cant recommend this restaurant highly enough.

This is a spectacular restaurant. Everything about it... from the decor to the staff... is exceptional. But most importantly, the food is exquisite. It was among the best meals we've ever had at a restaurant.
We have always had a wonderful experience at Sazon with exceptional service & food quality, and rated this our #1 favorite restaurant in Santa Fe. This particular night, the service and food quality seem to suffer from the efforts it took the staff to support a very large group partaking in the 9 course tasting menu option, resulting in slow service (long time to order/receive cocktails, water glasses completely empty three different times during the meal) and sub par food quality (halibut had to be sent back twice, a cold cappuccino -not really sure how that could even happen). While we were very disappointed in our experience this evening at Sazon, particularly since we had raved about it to our visiting guest, we will give it another try and hope for a better experience next time, and if not, move on, as the restaurant scene in Santa Fe offers numerous great dining options.
