Every morsel was delicious. We had the Napoleon, the Traditional breakfast, and the Eggs Antoinette. We ate every last crumb. And the latte and cappuccino were equally delightful. Meeting Dee the owner was one of the best treats of our trip. We will be back every time we come to Santa Fe.
Our second time to Santa Fe in the last 6mo, and our second time to Saveur Bistro! The most wonderful staff and family owned restaurant we could visit. The Reuben, crepes, and fresh squeezed juices are a must, as is the side salad with homemade dressing. They were also very accommodating for our two dogs while we sat outside, and brought treats and water!
This place was very cozy and friendly! It gave me a very friendly welcome by an elderly couple, who were very attentive, and and freshly squeezed orange juice that I am still thinking about! I bit on the pricier side but good food.
Absolutely extraordinary. Food was wonderful. The Chai was fantastic. Brought in from out of the area. Get the corned beef hash (it’s their own corned beef on top of crispy hash browns with perfectly poached eggs.) Heavenly. You won’t be sorry that you came here for breakfast! Dee, your hostess, is a force of nature and couldn’t have been sweeter!

I'm not even done eating yet and I came to leave a review because the staff are the friendliest people I've ever encountered in my life. The food is natural, tasty, and looks amazing. Despite the Food-court-esque appearance, I'm sincerely grateful to have stopped here. One of the best in my 2000+ mile road trip so far.
What a pleasant surprise. Owned and operated by a lovely older French couple. Phenomenal French-influenced food. Excellent Reubens, French dip, crepes, and French onion soup. Even the Irish beef stew was great. Best part was the delightful French woman (owner) who took our order and checked on our satisfaction with the meal twice. Would absolutely eat here again.
We were delighted to have breakfast here. Super friendly staff, great food, try the in-house made corn beef hash - fantastic! We definitely recommend this cozy, little gem!

You will not believe the extensive menu! It’s all made fresh and served beautifully. Four soups, salad bar, entrees, sandwiches, deserts, it’s incredible. Their crème brûlée has won awards and written up in Gourmet magazine. Owners Dee and Bernie have been in business over 50 years. They and their staff are the friendliest people you’ll meet.Plenty of free parking. Enjoy!!
