These are THE best breakfast burritos in town, bar none. And the guy who runs the place is the most decent human you’ll ever meet, bar none. I promise to learn his name. After all this time, he has US memorized. Knows our car and starts our order when we arrive.
The pulled pork tacos are amazing. The green sauce is the perfect amount of spice. Friendly service too. There’s a reason this guy has so many 5 star reviews!
Found myself in Santa Fe at lunchtime and came here for a quick bite. I got the famous burrito and was pleased with it. Very tasty, and a generous size for the price.
Had both the breakfast and regular burrito—both were delicious. Usual downsides for breakfast burritos I’ve had in the past were that they are too dry and have too much/too little of one thing. None of that happened with the burritos here! The eggs were so soft, and both burritos had generous portions of meat and sauce :)
This place has no business making burritos this good. He ruined all other burritos for me.
The owner is super nice. Even has a sign out front that says that if anyone is struggling with meals, that he can fix that. Great breakfast burritos for only $5!!
Bo's Thai is tremendous. We had chicken Pad Thai and Panang Curry with tofu. Starters were spring rolls, chicken gyoza and perfect shumai. Good value and excellent service.

Great tacos and burritos. Everything is flavorful and reasonably priced. The breakfast burrito was a great balance of chili, potato and meat. I only ate half fire lunch. Big portion!
Just had it today. He was so busy, he ran out of burittos and green chili burgers. Luckily he had quesadillas with pork and red sauce. Spectacular! Great customer service. He even let us try some of the green chili stew while we waited. It was so good. Highly recommend
