Great distillery. Their gin is super herbaceous with sage! Wonderful cocktails - try the gin with white sage syrup - really nice server/bartender. A definite must and I bought some spirits to take home

Cozy spot for a spirit tasting or cocktail. Friendly and informative staff. Nice selection of bottled spirits available for sale if you'd like to imbibe at home. Will be back!
Had two cocktails that tasted like well liquor at a dive bar… maybe it was just my experience or the bartender because I did not experience the greatness shared in the other comments!
I give them 3 stars instead of 5 because of the customer service we received. We went when tourism was at its lowest and we had the whole place to ourselves (which was wonderful), but the waitress/bartender was so unfriendly and short with us. She made us wear a mask eventhough there was nobody else there, and the charcuterie board we ordered had old meats on it that had turned grey from sitting in the fridge for so long. They tasted so bad I couldn't finish them. When we tried to be friendly and make small talk with the waitress she had nothing to say and went into the back, not even coming back to see if we wanted to order anything else. I was hoping this place was going to be one of the highlights of our trip, but it wasn't.

Awesome bar showcasing the Santa Fe Spirit products. The signature cocktails with their spirits are really good, and the tasting flights are recommended for anyone who enjoys quality liquor. Their single malt is very good, and has a unique flavor profile that really makes it shine. The gin is also really good, with botanicals from the area that give it a local taste, and the Pinion liqueur is truly special, I don't think I've had anything quite like it. All in all a great place to taste some unique local products, highly recommended.

What a little hidden gem! We truly enjoyed the tastings. Couldn’t walk out without buying a couple bottles. The names are so creative! After a long day of site seeing it was perfect end to our day. The pinon cafe was amazing must try!
