My buddy and I recently did a 1,200 mile burger tour, stopping at the highest rated burger joints along the way. This was hands down the winner. Service was quick and friendly. But the burger; it was perfect. From the freshly baked roll to the diced green chilies. The meat itself was of the highest quality, course ground, well seasoned and cooked to a perfect medium as ordered. It was juicy beyond description. Cannot wait to come back!

BEST green chili cheeseburger in Santa Fe! The bun was perfect, the burger was juicy and the chili's were mild. I asked for mine to be well done and it was spot on. We ordered the burger to split and at the end we wish we had ordered our own. The others at the table enjoyed their meals too and service was great. Was excited to try this place because I heard they had good burgers but if I have to wait 55min for my burger on a slow day/time I can't imagine how long it takes for food on a busy day/time. The waiter gave the excuse that it was because the printer ran out of paper and the kitchen didn't get my order but did he really apologize or comp a soda at least? NO. Which is the least he could have done. (As you can see in my photos how busy it wasn't )When I FINALLY got my food it was okay. Burger was good but the carnita tacos came with dry/hard rice. I will say they do have great ice for their drinks. It's small chewy ice that's waay better than sonics. I don't know if I'll be back but if I do it'll be for the ice.
I had the green chile cheese burger and my wife had the fish ‘n chips. I asked for the burger to be cooked medium rare, it was cooked perfectly and was juicy and tasty. He chile was mild, but tasty.The fish ‘n chips were also prepared perfectly. They were hot and tasted good.The prices are a bit on the high side, but we’ll worth it! This was our first visit here and it won’t be out last. I recommend this eatery if you wan an amazing burger!
For the best hamburgers and steaks, Santa Fe Bite is the best. All their food is great. Have had their deserts a couple of times and they are absolutely delicious. We always feel so welcome by Bonnie and John. Can't wait to go back.
This is the best burger in town, but it's also a little pricey. Add-ons to improve your burger further will cost you. It is delicious and generously portioned, even the smaller burger is enough to satisfy. You're paying a premium, but the restaurant is clean and spacious.

I read the reviews and wanted to try out several burger places in Santa Fe. My visit was early evening and service was very prompt and good. The green Chile burger was okay, but given the price I thought it was a bit closer to the average side of the scale.
During the Christmas break, a small group of us set out to have Santa Fe's best green chile cheeseburger, and if that's what you feel like eating, there is only one - the legendary burger at Santa Fe Bite. The hard-working couple who own this restaurant have kept alive the meaty magic they originally created at Bobcat Bite, much to the delight of Santa Feans and visitors to Santa Fe. There's nothing quite like these burgers. The service was superb - everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. If you are visiting Santa Fe, this should definitely be on your list of places to eat.
