This used to be a five-star for me just because I love the elote so much. I went in today and order a large elote and I seriously got served canned corn. Absolutely disgusting I couldn’t eat it I called them and I let them know that I think that there’s something wrong with their corn and she continued to say that no is the same corn. I don’t want a store credit or anything like that I just know that I just lost my favorite elote place.
Usually favorite elote place in Santa Fe. Super unsatisfied this time around. Fatima the employee was super misunderstanding about receiving store credit, also accused me of lying. The hot chetto and cheese received was absolutely disgusting. you lost a loyal customer.
They skipped me twice! I was in the line I was the next costumer and the lady skipped me and I thought it was an accident but then the other lady skipped me again!! I was ferrous but didn’t say nothing and left. The food is good besides that.
Great place to go to! There is a variety for your sweet tooth. My favorite is the fruit cup with cream. My kids love it and also love the chamango and Pina.
I like to come to this place because I like the taste from the fruit flavored waters the ice cream and the corn in the cup as well as the rest

Treats are great, my only complaints are that some employees aren’t too friendly which I get because customer service is the worst. Also, the music is so ridiculously loud I cannot hear my friends sitting next to me.

Better than any big-name ice cream parlor, and the biggest variety of sweet treats this side of the Rio Grande.
Their customer service was horrible. I was in line for almost 10 minutes. A family decides to walk in and they are behind me . Well a worker must have known them cuz they got pulled right in front of me right before my turn I had to wait even longer. I just walked out , that was really disrespectful to other customers. Never going back, I’m gonna start recommending paleteria Oasis or even Limon
