This truly was an wonderful experience with my family. My father was in love with this place. The service was top notch and the quality of food was on point. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked with perfection. My seafood cravings were met. They have various plates that fit each of my family’s diet.
First of all, I am so happy that Red lobster was open on Easter! I cooked for my own seder and went to another seder, so I was exhausted. I went for lunch and ordered the 3 by the sea meal. My pick was Salmon, Ceasar salad, broccolli and the Macaroni and cheese without bacon. The Mac and cheese was just okay. I would have like it better without the breading they added on top. But the Blackened Salmon was excellent! And the broccolli was cooked just the way I like. And those oh-so wonderfully mouth watering cheddar biscuits, which my son has learned to master at home-is still worth the trip. Thanks for being there post covid Red Lobster. I am a fan!
Our first time ordering (take-out) from this location. Unfortunately, we got shorted some of our food. However, I always say: it's how you handle a problem that is the measure of quality. And this place was absolutely masterful. As soon as I called, I spoke to Caroline who was professional and sympathetic. Her highest priority was finding out what was easiest for us. I went to pick up the rest of our food, and found that with it, we were given a bunch of extra stuff, including some delicious desserts. That sealed the deal. We'll be ordering from here often in the future. And kudos to Caroline for really showing Santa Fe how to do customer service.
I checked the website before going because I have celiac disease and can't have any gluten. The website has an allergy information section and listed gluten free options. I placed my order as stated on the website asking for no croutons on my salad and made it clear to the server, no bread, croutons, I can't eat any gluten. My salad was brought out with croutons. I sent it back and it was brought out again this time no croutons. I took two bites when I saw a croutons. They gave me the same salad and just took the croutons off the top. I sent it back again and at this point everyone else at my table was done eating, so I took it to go. No discount was offered, nothing. It's 4 days later and I am still so sick from this. Please educate your staff if you are going to state on your website that you have gluten free options, their careless can make people really sick. I eat out often and this was a horrible experience.

I never have a bad experience here every time we've had lunch or dinner it's been amazing the wait staff is always very attentive but they don't bug and ask too many questions or if you need refills too often just the right amount\\nThe shrimp is always great.
Go to birthday celebration place always consistent service \\u0026 fish. Try the Lobster pizza appetizer. With a salad it's a whole meal \\u0026 tomorrows lunch for a small price!

Service was fast and the meals came out in a reasonable amount of time, good and hot, and beautifully presented. We all had different choices and they were all just wonderful with bright fresh flavors. We hadn't been there in a long time, but we will be going back even though it's a bit of a drive for us. Speaking of "driving", there's ample parking in the front. The place is clean and well cared for.
