Decent food. The ordering delivery system does not allow enough room to give enough instructions so anything complicated is likely to cause problems. If you have complicated delivery instructions, better to order from somewhere else.
DO NOT ORDER!This place has roaches and some of the worst service in Santa Fe. No one washes their hands, food is old and gross. The worst pizza hut in the US.
This Pizza Hut has always been my favorite. We arrived at 7:25 and waited to be seated for over 30 minutes with four hungry boys. There was only one table occupied and still no service. I asked if we should seat ourselves, the response was no you have to wait, we are the only ones up here. I did not get the guys name. Also in the time we arrived there were six people that walked in after we did for pick up orders and they were helped before us. I hope they get better service there because it is good food but if not, I do not see this Pizza Hut lasting much longer.
John Rivera horrible customer service for being a supervisor....Sassy, rude , told me to be greatful for him giving for 6 plates for a 7 pizza box order.
This location does not currently have a buffet available, and your order has to be placed at the counter for the one server to complete. No fountain drinks, only bottled soda in the cooler. I'm guessing they are super short-staffed, and trying the best they can to stay open. The restaurant is clean, but *completely empty* at lunchtime.
Only good for take out or delivery. Don't believe the sign on the door that they are open for dine in. Went just the other day at 7pm and stood there for awhile till finally someone asked if they could help and then when we said we was there for dine in they looked at us and was like "oh sorry no we can't do that". Mind you they did earlier because we showed up just as some other folks had left from eating inside. They didn't care and didn't say hours for dine in just ended or anything. So the staff could be doing better to communicate and show that they do care about the customers. I understand it's still the pandemic but it's not hard to state what the dine in hours are or communicate better instead of just staring at ya and then finally letting ya know they closed for dine in.
My pizza and drinks arrived early, and that was awesome. However, the pizza box and the pizza inside was bent, a third of the pizza was stuck to the inside lid of the box. It was still edible so I excepted it, but it looked like my three 2 liter soda bottles were placed on top of my pizza during delivery.
We opted for a contactless delivery. The delivery person left the order at our door but did NOT ring the doorbell to alert us our order had arrived. When we checked the door out of curiosity we found our order there, stone cold.
Delivery time was great. However, something was wrong with the pizza. The dough seemed off. Flavor was just not there for this last order. It was terrible.
We received a cold and underdressed pizza last week. The store manager apologized and helped us get fresh delicious pizza. Thank you for amazing customer service and delicious pizza!
