Went @ 7:40pm to dine-in at the southwest location. After placing the order, the woman told me only to-go because they were to close in 20 minutes. Very unfortunate, they don't do table service and not even white china is served. How much I could stay or cause to them If I was going to pass those 20 minutes? If this is the case, please close 30 minutes earlier so the employees can finish their shift before scheduled time. This is the service is providing. Sad because the pizzas are great!
This pizza is the BEST pizza in Santa Fe. I have been to nyc several times and every time I went I made sure to get pizza. With every bite of the pizza I had from pizza centro it felt like I was back in nyc; it was a nostalgic experience! The atmosphere of pizza centro was also amazing; it was clean, aesthetic, and smelt SO good. 10/10 I recommend for families.
Probably the best pizza in New Mexico, at least the best I’ve tasted over the last 20 years or so. The cheese and sauce have wonderful flavor, the dough in the pizza crust and breadsticks is the perfect balance of moistness and crunchiness. The meats are fresh. The only thing I wish they had were buffalo wings, but the pizza alone is worth the visit.
I got a pepperoni/mushroom, and it arrived fast to my hotel! Not only that, but it was the best pizza I've had in about 20 years! I'm ordering again tomorrow before I leave town guaranteed. Wow!
Hands down the best pizza in town. Crisp crust with that just-right thickness, delicious toppings, and good service.
Soda machine was all filter. Place it self was gross inside. Not clean. Greasy pizza. 10$ for a Cesar salad is pushing it when it looks like all you did was open a salad mix and poor parmesan cheese all over it. 1st time and last time for this place. I love pizza. Was so highly disappointed with my order. Also women who took our order was very rude. Want specialty pizza that’s worth the money drive to Albuquerque. No stars if I could.
First time time trying Pizza Centro, and we thought it was excellent. The crust was a perfectly cooked. I had the Tribeca. I've never tried a pizza with a truffle oil as the base, and I loved it. Best pizza I've ever tasted. They were too busy to answer the phone when we tried to call in our order, so we took a chance and ordered to go at the restaurant. Our 3 pizzas were prepared in less than 15 minutes. The lady working the register was very pleasant. We highly recommend this pizza!
I put the pizza in my mouth. Then I chewed it thoroughly...swallowed it, and repeated the process.The secret with Centro is to not get too many toppings. Their specialty pies are a soggy mess that don't do a less loaded pie justice.Don't forget to chew before swallowing.

One the best pizzas we ever had.New-York style thin crust was excellent.Many unusual flavors to choose from.Top it off with great gelato.
