Sad. We love Panera and we love the coffee it's just too bad that they force you to get almond milk in a plastic cup. It's really weird because we try to go plastic free and that's the only way they will give you almond milk. They won't put it in the paper cup. You have to use plastic. They have recycling but who knows if anything gets recycled these days. It's a weird policy that really makes no sense they should change it
We ordered from a kiosk with the food ready 5 minutes later. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was my first time trying their Green Goddess salad, and it was really good! There was a lack of seating, with several tables uncleaned during the duration of our stay, and that’s the only negative I can note.
Food was pretty good. Sandwich was a tad dry but good. The broccoli ? ? cheddar soup was good but slightly spicy this time, which was different ??♀️? It was our first to go order and I thought my drinks were included in the bag, but it was only the cup no hibiscus tea ???? No one mentioned I get my own drink, they just handed me the bag and said have a good day???♀️??♀️ I called to talk to a manager but I couldn't get though ??♀️??♀️
Ate here once a day during my visit over the last week. Always used the app and picked up through the drive through. Food was delicious, coffee always hit the spot, and the staff was delightful. They really seem to have a great team here!
I went thru the drive thru. I asked about iced coffee and could hardly get an answer on the flavor, if it has cream/sugar, etc. It was like I was asking too much from the employees. And when I got home and looked at my bagel it was hard as a rock. Which means, it’s an old bagel. Panera has really lost any quality it had. Do better!
Tried Panera for the first time and I was satisfied with what I ordered. The buffalo chicken breakfast wrap! I would visit again.
Never again! They didn't have the soup I requested OFF their menu. ( take it off then!). Then they didn't have my ham/Swiss cheese, they were out at 6:00pm on Friday! Then they didn't add my daughters Napa almond chicken sandwich. The receipt didn't end up in the bag, so no going back to retrieve it. We all ended up sharing a chicken/avocado bluhsandwich with her
Wonderful experience. Store is very clean, was able to order on touch screen and very prompt when order was ready. Salad was fantastic.
Decent vegetarian options. The kids love it especially the mac and cheese. But do be warned if you're a vegetarian it will say a v on the item and not everything you think that should be vegetarian is vegetarian. We used to love getting the broccoli and cheddar soup and then I realized it had broth in it made from an animal I still eat it but my husband cannot eat it. He can't eat any animal products it can get him very sick so unfortunately when I'm enjoying a nice broccoli and cheddar soup bowl he's stuck with the Mediterranean sandwich LOL. The Mediterranean sandwich is still pretty awesome to though. And the employees here are so sweet
Clean, but the portions sure have shrunk! Turkey avacodo BLT with autumn squash soup. Avocado was barely a smooch - false advertising when compared to all of the other locations that I have had the same sandwich. Wish I had skipped it and gone somewhere else.
