Everyone always wants a know where the locals go. This is 100% a locals joint. The service was adequate. Not great, not terrible. They charge for chips and salsa, which is annoying. But even more annoying, the salsa comes in a tiny plastic container. We had to ask for more. The drink glasses are also on the small side, meaning you need to ask for refills more frequently. The food overall was about middle of the road for Santa Fe. Far from the best, but not the worst either.I'm glad we gave it a shot, but not something we'd go do again.
If you want to eat where the locals here in Santa Fe eat PC's is by far one of the best places to eat authentic NEW MEXICAN food. The CARNITA PLATE smothered in Red Chile is to die for along with other New Mexican dishes you won't go wrong with. The Green Chile Cheeseburger is one of the BEST in Santa Fe so take a drive down Cerrillos Road and Airport Road to find this hidden gem here in Santa Fe.As I mentioned it's where the locals eat.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in town. The red chile rivals my mom's. My go to is the ground beef burrito red. I've been to them all many times but this is the best in town. They did suffer staffing issues like all restaurants during the pandemic but my last 2 visits the service is back to its high standard.
This is the best place for locals to get a great meal and great service. Definitely one of my favorite spots to go! Highly recommend ?
Restaurant opened promptly at 05:00. We sat at the bar instead of waiting for a table. Our bartender immediately took our drink & food order. The food was served hot & it was delicious.
Terry and I both had the chicken quesadillas. I got a side of guacamole and Terry got refried beans. SO DELICIOUS. Margarita weren't bad either. Highly recommend.
Old timey Santa Fe bar and restaurant. Great chile, stiff drinks! Great Santa Fe family owned!
The restaurant, like most of the restaurant's in Santa Fe, appeared short staffed, but did a wonderful job attempting to give each customer the attention they always have.
Had the stuffed sopapilla which was good. Would prefer they had shredded beef as an option but it was good for a ground beef stuffed sopa. My first time here so didn't know what was good. Must have really good food otherwise because it was super busy. And many props to all employees im sure you're shorthanded which these days isn't uncommon so I have no place to complain but I do appreciate all of your efforts?
This place is the Best good food good servers and the best bar tender around
