Awesome food, drinks, and service ?

We dropped by for a quick dinner and a drink. We sat at the bar, which had a really cool ice bar. The bartender, Espy, was amazing. She was friendly and professional. We had wings and the Ahi tuna, which was perfect. Great drinks.

Service was great by our waitress. But when my family and I first walked in, the hostess in the front was on her phone. She also did not greet us. Another young lady greeted us. Also, our food came out fine, aside a ceasar salad. The dressing did not taste right, and we sent it back, all not to get another side, in place of that nasty salad. Overall it was a good lunch.

Came in at 8:47 pm restaurant was empty except a family of 14. Finally got a waiter to take our order at 9:01 pm. I ordered a house salad for starters. My wife and I ordered soups for dinner and my son ordered a steak (medium rare)and shrimp dinner with french fries and Mac and cheese. The dinner arrived and was completely horrible. The soups were cold and my sons steak looked like a lump of charcoal the fries were still raw and the shrimp was cooked so hard it was like chewing rubber. The waiter finally remembered my starter salad after the dinner had already arrived. We informed him that the soups were cold and the salad was warm. That the steak and shrimp was all wrong. Also brought to the attention of the waiter about the family who's kids were running around the restaurant screaming, playing tag and hide and seek with no cloths on other than diapers. Was told it was another waitresses family and there was nothing he could do. We asked for a manager and was told they were fine for the evening. After finally getting the waiter to take the returned items off the check we left. We definitely will not be back anytime soon.

I decided to dine in at Outback steak house with my family this evening.!! Worst desion I’ve made in quite some time.. I was extremely disappointed and… left somewhat disturbed!! I will begin with… 1. Guest friendly….NO.. 2. Food presentation and execution was a fail..!! 3. Server was un-reachable and seemed to not like her jo too much… Or… just firgured we weren’t worth her time??? Who knows.. needs help.!! 4. Over-all experience was a fail and would not recommend this establishment…!? Wait I c CD ant say that.. I think I’ll just say the server would not be recommended for future services.. Over -all I paid $95.00 for something I could have made at home and 10 times better.. SAD..

We went for dinner and they seemed to be overwhelmed. Our waiter was stressed and had too many tables to give good service. Our steak was burnt even though we ordered it medium. I gave up on getting any A1 sauce or tea refills.

We were looking for a 2 - 3 day adventure in Santa Fe and were quite disappointed by the poverty, homelessness and general ambience of this once famed western gem. To celebrate my 75th birthday - we were looking for a 'memorable meal' to mark the occasion. After looking at various food guides and trying to book at one of Santa Fe's iconic restaurants - where reservations seemed impossible to get, we hopped into the car and headed up Cerrilos Drive. We landed at the Outback. Our waiter 'Juan' was the consummate pro. Great personality, knowledgable about the menu and generally knew his stuff. I opted for a meal twice the size I would normally order - and ate the whole damn thing! It was a good evening and probably the highlight of our stay in Santa Fe NM!

Salad wasn't the freshest tho it is February and a pandemic still. But the service was quick food was quality hot and speedy. Flavorful outback meals. The inside is modern. No orange pink walls like many of them. Sleek in style. The smoked cinnamon old fashioned was fun and delicious!

This place is overrated for the quality of the food. The taste was average but nothing that stood out. Our party choose various plates in the menu and the ones that were poorly cooked and seasoned was the BBQ ribs that barely had any meat and were crispier rather than soft meat. If you order your steak well done just be aware it will be thin and a hit of burned and you won't really feel like you eating a steak. The state medium rare resembled more like the type of steak that you would expect from the steak house. The bread they serve Is decent and nothing to really rave about. The alcoholic drinks have more ice than the alcohol. If you want an actual steakhouse experience then take yourself elsewhere.

Extremely high prices for food that was unsatisfactory. Meat was not cooked correctly and was extremely dry and tough. The baked potatoes were under cooked and cold when the our food arrived at our table. The only positive thing I can say about this establishment is that they took care of our bill. They brought out a new dinner which was better, at least the baked potato was hot but still not cooked enough. For the cost I can go to another steak house and have a much better experience.
