Was my wife's birthday had a great time
The food was great, service was even better. Not sure if all the wait staff is like this, or if we just got the best server.... But never once had to ask for anything! Before we even knew we needed a refill, it was at the table waiting on us! And although the restaurant was busy being a Friday night, we didn't wait long at all for our food to come out. ?
Utilized the online waiting availability and had a less then two minute wait when we arrived. Food is always consistent in flavor and taste, food was out really quickly and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Definitely come here if we want a quick Italian fix. Staff is always warm and friendly, a consistent performance.
My son and daughter in law took me to olive Garden here in Santa Fe NM and I ordered my usual. I like that they let you create your own pasta meal, but they never offer it with Salmon. They only offer chicken and steak with alfredo, so I ended up order a very expensive piece of salmon on the side and always with roasted garlic.Well this trip--I asked for roasted garlic, and was sent roasted tomatoes. When I asked the waiter about it, he said they didn't have roasted garlic, and the chef sent the roasted tomatoes. So I sent the tomatoes back and asked the waiter to please get the garlic. I don't like this meal with out roasted garlic. I said they usually at send the garlic that comes in a jar. The waiter returned and said the chef sent a message that he doesn't have garlic of any kind, and they don't use garlic any more.I asked, "What kind of Italian restaurant doesn't use garlic!? I then sent the meal back and ordered something that didn't require garlic I've never had a bad experience at Olive Garden until that visit. BRING BACK THE GARLIC OLIVE GARDEN of Santa Fe!!!
I'm only giving 1 star because the bar tender was cool ... tonight me and my fiance were racially profiled at olive garden in Santa fe New Mexico, we were told they weren't seating anymore customers at 910 pm , they close at 10 pm , so we just ordered to go , while waiting on our order a white gentleman walked in and was seated immediately ? , at that point I asked for a refund I will never eat at this Olive Garden!!! Thanks for showing me your ignorance!!!
Upon arrival we were greeted by a young girl, we waited about five minutes to be seated. Jordan was bartending but took our orders. He was attentive, polite and made sure we had everything we needed at our table(even hot water to warm up my sons bottle)The food was ready in no time, they ran out of bread and he communicated it was going to be around seven minutes. We finished eating before the bread was ready but we didn't bother to ask, we were fine with it.After dinner we ordered the Italian donuts that were extremely covered in sugar, we had to scrape it to be able to eat it. Customer service and interaction were great. Jordan did apologize for the inconvenience but it wasn't a big deal for us.Overall, the service, food, environment and interaction take the five starts review.
Service was ok. But the food was awful. My shells were dry like they sat under the heater all day. My daughters meal was lots of noodles but not even enough sause to cover the top of the pasta.
Worked all day, Skipped Lunch, So decided to have a late Dinner , What a Disaster !..The Waitress needs to be Re-Trained, ...Inattentive, Rude, Un -Professional, There was only 1 person seated at the counter, So I figured I`d sit there as it was only Myself,...MISTAKE !..Seemed like I was a Burden to Her , After my meal was served, I never saw Her again...I had to ask another Waitress for a Refill on my drink, Then I noticed My waitress was conversing with the other wait staff in the corner, Then when She FINALLY showed up, I had a Question, She was too busy going thru Her purse, Her reply was Wait !....I passed on eating the Breadsticks, as I`m dieting..She admonished me for not eating them, I tried to tell Her that I did`nt want them in the first place, But that She took off so quickly after I ordered She didn`t give Me time...What a Rude Woman !...Looks like it`s back to Piccolino Restaurant for Me....
We had a very wondeful waitress who allowed us to sit at the bar have a drink and watch the game. Then when our table was ready we decided to wait and stay at the bar because she was so excellent. She made our dining experience fun and didn't make me feel like a fatty after my 3rd bowl of soup. Hehe! She was kind to my son and never did we have to ask for anything nor wait this was about 415pm. It is pricey for chicken Alfredo but it was filling and fresh. No complaints.
We stopped around 2pm, and it was amazing. There was no waiting time to be seated, and the server was super nice and fast. Warning, don't come for dinner time ? it's a whole other story after 5pm
