We are really glad to discover this place. Even more so when we found out that they were the same owners of Fleur de Lys in Los Alamos which we used to frequent before they closed.Order at the counter, take the number, and seat yourself. All the staff were really friendly and cheerful. My companion had Croque Madame and I had Jambon Brie. Both were excellent. Very reasonable prices too.
Absolutely legitimate French cuisine. I was born and raised in France & I was nearly in tears of happiness when my husband found this place for us to try. I'd move to Santa Fe just for this place. Great service, great good! Absolument délicieux ! Un vrai régal. Amis et amies Français, n'hésitez pas! Une vraie merveille. We give it a million stars!Update: macarons were not good, we bought some to go. But then again, it's hard to beat La Durée ...
Felt like I made a quick trip back to Paris! The Croquet Madame and croissant were tasty with some Bonne Maman jam on the side. Will definitely be back to try more on the menu
1 Crêpes smoked salmon • sour cream • Swiss cheese • capers • lemon juice.2 Crêpes veggie spinach • artichoke • cream • turkey • Swiss cheese. Awesome. A little slow at the register but well worth the wait.
When you find yourself making mmmmm noises after every bite, you know it's good. Every single thing we ate was absolutely delicious. I told my husband, I actually felt like I was in France for that hour as we enjoyed brunch. I ordered the Croque Monsieur and it was delicious. My husband saw mine and almost immediately regretted not ordering one for himself. Oh well, there's always next time... He got the Belle Hélène and really enjoyed it. The pears were delicious. We also took home a box of macarons & pastries. We can't wait to come back. We loved the environment and everything about Mille. ❤️❤️❤️
rating is really on the food..nice little change of pace for food around here, took a while for our crepes to appear, but it was fairly busywe asked for the crepes to be crispy, but they were Not, was really pleased with the classic gallete but found the fig n cheese to be really really dry !my first matcha was suuppper milky, I asked for it to be replaced, second was better but could have easily taken more matcha stilltheir puff "pistachio" pastry was a disappointment... heavily tasting like almond flavor, I was upset to have ordered it..place is cute with an indoor and outdoor areathe staff working there were great, credit card machine was down for the day, parking available upfront
Such a hidden gem! From the main street it doesn't look like much, but once you enter the ambiance is amazing. The crepes, sandwiches, and pastries were all amazing and I'm sure the rest of their menu is as well. If we ever return to Santa Fe we will be sure to come back here!
My favorite is the foie gras salads. I recommend everybody to try it. Honestly the ham they add to it is really good and very close to the French one. I was impressed.
I was excited to try this place since I read many positive reviews. Unfortunately I didn't like it as much as I had wanted to. There were three of us and we ordered the salade nicoise, monte cristo, the paulette sandwich, French macarons, almond croissant, and a berry tart with coffee. The croissant was very good, the macarons were fine, berry tart was good, the salad nicoise was good (not great like some reviews suggested), Monte Cristo was so so, and the paulette was plain and tasteless...so much so that half of the sandwich was boxed up to give to an adorable black lab. Mille does have a wonderful outdoor patio area with heaters along with a nice staff that works there, but in conclusion if I go back I'll only be going back for the almond croissant. The other items on their menu isn't good enough for me to enjoy consuming those calories.
Excellent food, best coffee I ever taste! Products are fresh and delicious. Clean and nice environment, friendly staff and they serve very fast! Baguette and bread very delicious too. Nice experience you won’t forget. And you need to come back soon. My family enjoy it!
