Unbelievably bad customer service. The only staff that spoke to me was the last that came of break after I'd waited 15 minutes to pick up my 'fresh pizza and crazy bread. She pulled it out of the warmer and acted like she did me a favor. Will never eat here again and would never recommend it to anyone either. Oh, and the crazy bread was soggy and limp, barely qualified as bread. Do not eat here, ever.
Got there ,7:15 pm it was very busy the person helping me said it would be 15 mins for 4 large pepperoni pizza ok but this poor person keep getting more and more cars and people walking in I guessing it was this person and a cook I finally got out of my car to see what was taking so long the door was locked he looked at me as if he forgot ,I got my pizza at ,7:55 I'm am very upset no good customer service
Employees here don’t wash hands before making the pizzas. Gosh watching the employees go from the pickup window, to the cash register, then to making pizzas all without once washing hands is gross.Then once you get your food, it’s not even properly made… pizza was soggy in the middle and undercooked.Not to mention the one girl that is constantly on her phone to text people, while you’re waiting to in the pickup drive through, then giving you you’re that’s been ready since before even getting there.Also, they close the doors after like 7pm and you’re forced to go to the drive through.
Called and placed an order to to save time , all to be told my order is not ready and would need to wait 10 minutes more for a cheese pizza to cook asked for manager ,that didn't help she would not give me a discount . Horrible service.
Nasty location, We ordered 2 of the 3 meat and they give us two cold and old pizzas,
Customer service is lacking. First my order was wrong. They then sat and discussed about it being wrong instead of just making the correct order.They over charged on part of my order. Then when I got home I only had 3 crazy bread sticks that had mozzarella melted on the bottom. Defiantly won't be back
It was a Friday night and a little busy. However, they got my food out quickly. The best part was they didn't have an attitude because they were busy!!! Kind of hard to find that nowadays. KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE!
Had to order thru drive thru at 8pm. No biggie so we ate in parking lot. Service was great.
Poor management, pizzas are always inconsistent and lacking cheese. Always Trying give me a dried out crusty pizza that's been parked there for hours.
Woukd not answer phone, no walkins, forgot to bring me my pizza out front. 15 minutes turned in to 45.
