First time at Lino's not sure what to expect. Service was inexperienced but fast, our entire dinner took less than one hour. Two glasses of basic proseco decent pour were ok. Food was ok but no wow. Burrata pizza was ok, Bronzino dry, Sophia Loren pasta the star of the night. Just like that we were done and gone. Staff was very solid. Bill was not huge but no great value. This was our first visit might Tru it again some time.

Salmon special was good. The Bolognese had lemon ricotta on top and I said what??? But, it was very good. Tiramisu just average. Service excellent

I've been a frequent diner at Lino's for years and have always enjoyed the food. But 2 recent visits have shown indifferent service and a noisy environment indoors--where an almost-empty dining room reverberates with loud noise from food preparation and other kitchen noise. On my most recent visit, I had requested a dessert with a birthday candle when I made my reservation. What we were served was a still frozen variation on what I requested, and we were told they had no candles. Very disappointing. With just a little effort, they could be a first-class restaurant again.
The food was just average, not a lot of flavor. Had to call hostess in order to get waited on initiallyâafter the server waited on someone who came in after us. The server charged our credit card to someone elseâs check. Then when he got it charged to correct card, forgot to take off $5 coupon.
To quote my husband, "This Cioppino may be the best seafood dish in Santa Fe!" The seafood tasted fresh, the calamari was tender, and the bread for dipping into the wonderful sauce was delectable. The mussels dish was also excellent as was the Caprese salad. The back patio is a great setting and service is friendly and efficient. Full disclosure...this has always been a favorite restaurant of ours.
