If there was a level below 1 Star thats wgat I would rate it. Terrible customer service completely got my order incorrect and to top off I had to drive back 15 minutes. No accommodations or nothing. Firehouse subs has the quality ingredients it sells itself, now you need the properly trained staff to see it through. Extremely dissatisfied!
Really expensive for a cold meat sandwich. The pickle was the best part.
I enjoy their unwich, great alternative if you're cutting carbs or gluten sensitive.
Usually satisfied with this location, Today was definitely disappointing. Apparently they have been out of capicola ham but they don't tell you unless you bring it up, fyi -all of the Italian sammy's are supposed to have capicola. When I asked to substitute another meat, they said it would cost extra, even to just add more of one of the other meats it comes with. So they will short you overall on the quantity of meat for full price, and want to charge extra to make up for missing quantity of meat. Even though I wanted some variant of an Italian sammy, I ended up ordering a different sandwich.Additionally, they didn't put the extra cost avocado spread on a second sandwich ordered.Frustrating, prolly gonna just go to the other one from now on unless they are playing the same dumb games.
I love Jimmy John's Subs! It's just a delivery is not freaky fast anymore!

Firstly, I used to love Jimmy John’s!.. one day I had it delivered. I ordered at 10:30 in the morning, thinking that would be enough time to be delivered by 11:30 because I had to be somewhere at 12... My food didn’t arrive until AFTER 12 AND forgot my drinks. Delivery guy had to go get my drinks and come back to me, so at that point it was already around 12:40... needless to say I was very disappointed and overall it was pointless to do an early order because they don’t deliver at the time you request. I even left a generous tip when paying online, not worth it...Horrible experience, haven’t been back to Jimmy John’s at all since.I do not recommend a delivery service..
Had a great sandwich there.
It was good but when I went to go eat the other slice of my sandwich there was no meat. The meat was only on one side and not evenly throughout the sandwich. Service was good.
