So so good! I never would’ve thought a sushi food truck would be as good if not better than sitting in a restaurant. Absolutely delicious sushi!
The best sushi in Santa Fe. The owner is wonderful. I ordered over the phone (first time ordering) and he was so patient and helpful. We will be back for more!

Good fresh sushi. Made while you wait and it shows, all the ingredients tasted fresh, light and tasty. Definitely will be back.
You'd have to live in a desert, hundreds of miles from any ocean and be desperate for something resembling sushi to really love this place. It was just okay. Rice was too sweet, no interesting flavors, just totally underwhelming, yet expensive foodtruck fare.
Jesushi was excellent. Fresh food and friendly customer service. He even worked with my food allergies to help provide my favorite treat.
So so good!! I will return! Definately recommend to others. I had the salmon roll and rainbow roll. I will try something different next time. Im always wanting to try new things and this is some great eats! They have excellent service as well!
Great place to go for lunch and you can even order a head to pick it up to make a picnic.
