We were a medium group from a work meeting. Their order before you go to the table style was great for a group Pizza was good but not great. My wife enjoyed the fettuccine Alfredo. Home brewed root beer was good too Atmosphere was nice and parking was available (if you knew where to look) Overall good experience
Food was great and table service was awesome. However, we went to eat here with a service animal, the person who greeted us and took our order didn’t bother to ask about the service animal (what tasks does it provide?) and told us all dogs are required to sit outside so we would have to sit on the patio. I explained that the dog was a service animal, to which he abruptly replied “all dogs.” This violates the American with Disabilities Act because it states, “In a restaurant, a service animal must be allowed to accompany the person with a disability in all areas that are open to other patrons.” — meaning we should have been allowed to eat inside with my service animal. We chose not to cause a scene and argue that it was illegal to state that because it had been a long day, we had already paid, and we wanted to eat, but we were extremely disappointed with this reaction because it was not only rude and abrupt, but illegal. We hope they change this behavior before it further harms or discriminates against someone with a disability.
We came here because it was conveniently located next to our hotel. We tried the Alfredo pasta and a pepperoni pizza. Pizza was great and came with fresh Parmesan. The pasta left a lot to be desired. The portion was small, and it was very greasy and bland.The food took about half an hour to come out for a pickup order. Seating in the waiting area was very limited.
Pizza was delicious, love the wood fire. We were extra excited because they also offered a vegan cheese for the pizza(we're allergic to dairy), that is a hard thing to find. I got the prosciutto and arugula it was delicious, kiddo had a simple vegan cheese pizza. Both excellent, will go back.
Very good pizza and cesar salad perfect amount of sauce and cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend this place for a great pizza.
The atmosphere at some of their locations is great just like the pizza. It only takes about 7 minutes to cook the pizza wood fired. Great pizza but sometimes I can't stand the heat of the pizza. Pizza has a thick crust, almost Chicago deep dish. Not what you find in New Mexico except for Pizza 9.
Such a great family place to visit. Excellent atmosphere and even better food. The staff makes the place with outstanding service and attention to detail. Post Pandemic this is something you don’t see often anymore. We will return to Santa Fe just to have their pasta, pizza, and wine!
Great food. The oil to dip is amazing and you can buy a bottle of it. The building is pretty outdated and the bathroom (at least the women's) is a death trap. I've fallen in there because the toilet drops several inches forward if you sit on it and the seat is not bolted down so it just slides forward. The floor is also super uneven. Basically don't go to the bathroom here if you value your safety. But the good is so great and the service is always amazing.
Their website has lots of nice pictures of wood baked pizzas. They look great and look like they would taste great. What we got was something different and certainly not great.The online ordering was fine but if I had a do over I would pick a nice local place, a place where the food tastes better than what's promised in the picture
