The biria and al pastor tacos are insane! Soooo good. Crisp corn tortillas that have been fried and salted with a little bit of cheese in between the two tortillas to hold them together. Then the consome is perfectly seasoned. Just the right size for 3-4 big bites. Taco Tuesday at Santa Fe brewery is a good deal for a great night.

We got an Asada burrito and a chicken burrito. They were both fresh and hot. The asada flavor was good. The burrito unfortunately had a ground beef texture until the pieces that were more typically Asada at the bottom of the burrito. I wish they had made the burrito from the perspective of the person eating it. Other wise the food was delightful, there's comfortable seating, the salsas are Delicious and the healthier options with nutrition information are fantastic ? Definitely try these folks
Food quality is super inconsistent. One time it will be great from the tacos to the birria Broth. But then the next time we order everything lacks flavor and color and the Broth will be way too watery and no flavor. Wish the tortillas for the birria tacos were actually fried in the oil to give it that orange color and wish the Broth wasn't as watery and bland. When this place first opened this was our go to every Tuesday, but that has changed over time unfortunately due to the quality and inconsistencies we no longer order from here.
Ordered birria tacos and the chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was really good. However, the tacos were not good. They came in regular corn tortillas, without cheese and were not fried. The consome tasted like regular beef broth and did not have any flavor.

This place is AMAZING ! I had been in Santa Fe for 5 days looking for the best authentic tacos . I had the birria tacos and HOLY MOLY ! I was in heaven . I’m from California and this blew my mind . My husband had the Nachos which were equally amazing and had green chilies in top a definite added bonus . I could not rave enough about Fusion tacos .
