Well on my last night in Santa Fe I decided to drive around and see where I’d end up! So after withdrawing some cash from my bank I looked across the road and noticed “Fun Noodle Bar” and decided to check it out. This unassuming eatery in a strip type mall ended up being a great choice. I had the Chicken Ramen and it was great! The freshly made noodles were definitely made and cooked perfectly to my taste. I like things a bit more spicy so the hot sauces provided did the trick! I would recommend checking out this restaurant while in Santa Fe! The freshly made noodles are well worth the visit!

Stumbled upon this restaurant while driving around. Great food, great service and great overall experience! Nothing can beat fresh made noodles! Highly recommend Fun Noodle Bar!

The service is good and the staff are doing their best but the food is all very greasy. We’ve tried almost everything on the menu and it’s all very heavy on the oil, even the ramen. Also, this place has a very strong smell of something like sewage? Doesn’t smell like food in here just something really bad. I like that you can watch the kitchen staff make the food through the windows though.

If you've ever eaten Asian in any city with a halfway decent-sized Chinese/Vietnamese population, spare yourself. We ordered their equivalent of Pho and it had raw spinach, American broccoli, and, kid you not, SPAGHETTI in it. Literally wheat, noodle spaghetti... (What?!). Several of their dumplings seemed out of the box/frozen. The food is so outrageously off that we could only justify it as one big, ironic joke the owners are playing on tourists who don't know any better. Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the steamed pork dumplings were decent. Guess this is what I get for trying to get dim sum in Santa Fe...

place is not very friendly walked in no one greeted us. or gave us a table had to wait 10 min for a menu. waitress was not very friendly. when writing down our order she had attitude.

I had a late lunch here today, and was favorably impressed: Absolutely the best ramen noodles I've ever had, and the soup contained ample quantities of sliced pork, seaweed, grilled onions, etc., so it was a solid meal. Plus watching the noodles being stretched is amazing. I know I'll be back!

This place definitely lives up to its reputation! We sampled several different dishes, and we were not disappointed. The bao buns, soups, and noodles were all favorites!

Good experience for these out of towners! Made a last minute decision to grab dinner here before heading to ABQ, and it was pretty good. The place was busy and the staff was hustling. We enjoyed a couple apps, the steamed dumplings were the best. Everyone at our table got a version of ramen and each dish was solid! The spicy broths were particularly tasty without being too hot. Fair prices for the meal; Easy to recommend.

Fun Noodle was okay. Food was average the atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was sub par especially with 2 waiters for 3 tables. We never got drink refills. Our table was visited a total of 4 times once for our drink order, once for our food order, once to bring our food and once to bring our bill. There were four of us and we all ordered different dishes, the pad thai was the best thing we had and our least favorite dish was the chicken ramen just because it was somewhat flavorless. We would go back, but it wouldn't be our first choice.

This place is amazing every time I go. Doesn't matter what you order it always tastes great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is relaxed. Perfect for a date night or a night out with friends.
