Delicious food! We ate an early lunch there. Very friendly staff.
Nice place for a coffee break. The pastries are great. One thing though that's inconvenient, they don't accept credit card, you need to pay cash.
We have been back there 3 times in the last 3 years every time we go to Santa Fe we stop there for lunch. Great food and great service
We ate breakfast here twice and loved it. One of the few places in Santa Fe which opens at 6:30 a.m., which we really appreciated. Extensive menu, mostly French. The stuffed crepes are excellent and filling (and larger than one expects). Large range of pastries, all fresh and very good. Decent, if not memorable, coffee. Only the quiche disappointed a bit. The crust is gluey rather than flaky and it was a bit short on flavor. Service is terrific, attentive and helpful. I wish we had a place like this where we live!
We stopped in Santa Fe for a short driving break, and since I love to bake and get ideas from other bakeries/pastry shops, we decided to try one of the baked goodies at the French Pastry Shop & Restaurant. I wasn't disappointed. We had the St. Michel and the Apple Tart. Both were very delicious. I wish I had more time to try other delicious pastries and one of their quiches. The restaurant was bustling with customers, but we were able to find a table for 2. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend having one of their pastries.
This is our first time in Santa Fe. My mothers family is from France. We ordered two cappuccinos, spinach quiche and fruit tarts for lunch. Everything was perfect from the service to the quaint cafe ambience to the food. Perfect. We would go back. We would recommend. It was a delight.
Nestled in the center of town half a block from the Cathedral, and connected to the Fonda Hotel, this authentic French bakery / restaurant was an absolute treat. The pastries (which the owners make fresh each day at 2 am), were as good as anything we've had in France; it was that good. The breakfast items were nearly as good - a perfect way to begin a day in Santa Fe. Service was excellent.
What a wonderful little place wrapped up in the La Fonda hotel. While passing through Santa Fe my wife and I found this little gem amidst all the chaos of souvenir, jewelry and clothing shops. We had a great breakfast of crepes with excellent coffee. All the counters were filled with so many deserts I wanted to try all of them but, was full from breakfast. The staff and whom I would guess owner/manager were wonderfully nice and friendly. The decor takes you to an old place in France. I would recommend to everybody to visit.
The Food was delicious ? so good. Love seeing many different people and the savory bacon cheese egg crepe are to die for so good ?. Their Quiches were incredibly good so light and fluffy but very filling.Hand down place to come‼️‼️‼️
The quiche Lorraine is delicious and definitely recommended! The crepe was average and nothing special, but what was a nice surprise was the amount of fruit it contained. However, disappointing it didn’t have any whipped cream.
