My first time in New Mexico and this restaurant was highly rated ( not to mention it was in the parking lot of my hotel). I ordered the breakfast sandwich it had eggs, peppers, bacon ( I declined cheese option). This dish was so good and it was so much food two people could have shared. I also ordered a soapaipilla ( fried bread) . I'd never had this before it was so delicious ? I'm now addicted to these!!! We ordered online and the order came out perfectly. I loved this restaurant
This was very enjoyable place for breakfast. Honestly you'd be really pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. We were a large group with a bunch of young kids they accomplished breakfast without any issues. My kids were happy and the rest of the family was as well. It wasn't expensive even for a family of over 10.
This place is decent. Not the best, but pretty good. Bonus points for great prices and fast service. But the service could be friendlier. The cinnamon roll was amazing and much bigger than I expected.

I have been dining at the Flying Tortilla for a very long time. The food is always good and the soups are exceptional. The staff is terrific, friendly, attentive and just plain great. Always a good place to eat. They change their menu every so often and that's just great.
This is our Saturday morning breakfast and after church Sunday breakfast place. Staff is WONDERFUL! Food is always YUMMY and consistent....never disappointed. One of our favorite cups of coffee. I've had most of the breakfast selections on the menu, all super good.
Visited this location in 2018, still has the same good quality and fair prices. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys fresh home-made southern comfort and southwest flavors. Outstanding!!!
Nice breakfast on the road. Driving from AZ to Northern Colorado- stopped for breakfast. Nice staff, good food and clean atmosphere. I’ll come again. Green Chile was good-of course.
I had breakfast and my granddaughter had lunch. we ended up sharing with each other. So good and great service. I am lucky to live so close.
