First time at fire house subs! Best sub ive had so far
Love eating here love the staff always nice never had a bad sandwich until this week when I went in and ordered a medium tuna on white extra mayo extra onion. Got no mayo extra zero onion and sadly I wasn't even sure they remembered the tuna. Got a gallon of hi-c which was awesome but sadly the sandwich itself went to waste because it was not right made wrong and honestly I think she forgot the tuna was very disappointed ?
Regional Manager Tom Campbell is obviously in the wrong position. My order gets mixed up and he blames it on the door dash driving. “Well the driver took the wrong order “ so the staff at fire house actually hands the orders to the driver, so Tom needs to take some responsibility and at least apologize instead of saying it’s not our problem.. what a shame he has no customer service skills . He could of offered me replacement sandwich on my next visit. Like the way the manager did last time . Yes not the first time this happens to me at this location but at least the manager had better skills on how to handle the situation. I like firehouse, it’s just a shame they can’t hire a qualified Regional Manager

Excellent firehouse subs location. Well staffed, the line moves quickly and sandwiches come in a reasonable amount of time. Restrooms are clean, tables are wiped. The only thing i wish is that they would bring back the hot sauces.
This place used to be great. Seems like they became established and then decided to stop catering to the customer. They decided to take away all the different hot sauces away without any explanation, making this place a lesser sandwich shop than even our local subway .

Trash service. Way to much of a quality franchise to put out terrible service and food! Highly disappointed. Gave me the wrong food and I had to drive 20 minuted back to the store and I was not comped at all.
I called with a large order to feed my team at a big retail store and it was done in less than 30 minutes. This order and other catering orders have always been put together perfectly. The sandwiches are great. No complaints from my team. The customer service was outstanding. We will be back! Thank you!
