No matter how much you love New Mexican food, at some point during your visit to Santa Fe you’ll appreciate a break from it. If you like authentic Chinese noodles and dumplings this is the place for you to have that break. Very solid, house-made, when you order, so super fresh, very tasty, and very reasonably priced, this is worth a visit. I have had similar dishes in China and I was impressed to see the real-thing in Santa Fe.

My husband and I visited dumpling tea for lunch we had the dumplings and the chicken curry soup The soup was a little strange The chicken had a very strange texture and tasted a bit like cinnamon something I've never had before.staff was very polite. And the atmosphere was clean and quiet on the day that we visited each time we've gone by since the establishment is always been clean and very busy.Honestly we did not care for the food very much but they're bubble tea was very good I had the mango bubble tea it was very traditional just not cold enough they used fresh mangoes which was very good.Like the fact that it's a family-owned business and they all seem to work together to make the business run beautifully.

I’m from China so I can testify: Best Chinese food in town! Do try their noodle soup and the dumplings (made in house from scratch)I had Dan Dan noodle soup and the broth was so delicious I drank it allShrimp dumplings was amazing, they really put fresh ingredients in the stuffing

Went here several times while in Santa Fe and the dumplings and steamed buns were always amazing! Prices are pretty reasonable too

I recently spent 2 weeks in Santa Fe. One day I was walking in one of the hallways at the Plaza and came across Dumpling Tea and Dim Sum. I decided to eat there for lunch. I ordered the vegetable dumplings and they were absolutely delicious. They are made fresh and you can have them steamed or pan fried. I am a dumpling fanatic and I will say that these are the BEST dumplings I ever had. I opted for the pan fried dumplings. Several days later, my friend joined me from Boston and we went to Dumpling Tea for lunch. This time we had shrimp and vegetable dumplings and shared a shrimp noodle soup. We both loved the food. In fact, we loved it so much, we went back again the day before we left and we tried the pork, vegetable and shrimp dumplings and they were made fresh on the spot and were delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant! Please note, they close at 7PM so get there early if you can.

Wonderful, homemade food. I was drawn in when I saw the grandma making the dumplings from scratch. They’re a little bossy, but I suppose that’s part of the vibe. They believe in the quality of their food, I think, and don’t want you to screw it up. Lol. This felt and tasted as good as anything in SF or NYC Chinatown.

We stumbled upon this place in search of something warm and different from New Mexican fare. So lucky we did. We got pork fried dumplings, which were heavenly. Also giant. And I got a huge bowl of chicken and shrimp won ton soup. Seriously the best won ton soup I've ever had. Everything is made from scratch. We didn't have any issues with the woman taking orders. Place is tiny and tucked inside the mall off of the plaza. Don't let the ambiance steer you away. This place is a hidden gem.

I met the owner today and she’s a wonderful woman, she truly helped my mom out in the end — so I wanted to give her a great review! Though my mom and I go often for dumplings because it’s such a comfort food and DumplingTea brings so much comfort!

This place was absolutely amazing, so delicious. My wife and I were wondering around looking for something different than the basic Santa Fe plaza food. We stumbled on to this hidden gem. Everything was super fresh, handmade everthing. The staff were very friendly. You could taste the love and care for their craft, in everything you ate. Stop reading reviews and just go eat there.

Well worth the long line - This is a hidden gem in a mall at the Santa Fe Plaza. Sign is easy to miss but it's on th second floor.Make sure you order the soup buns (bao)! The first day we came, they were sold out and we came back and ordered two orders.Dandan noodle and beer noodles are both good. Make sure you ask for the handmade noodles and you'll know the difference right away.Pork dumplings were delicious and they do have a vegan friendly vegetable dumplings too.Staff is very friendly - our neighboring tables kept on adding more orders too!
