Service was terrible. The food was nothing great. The whole table received their food except one and they never followed up on it. We had to go to the food counter twice and then ask another staff member to get the manager before the food was delivered. We were told that they "may be out of spaghetti" and they weren't sure if they could make it. There had been no notification of this. When the food came, it was cold. Manager never came to the table. Really unfortunate that they didn't care.
We were looking for good pizza and were not disappointed. They have a really nice balcony overlooking the plaza. It's pretty obvious they have a staffing shortage but our server was incredibly pleasant even as he rushed around. If you need more than your food brought to you, this might not be your place.
Solid tap house with great food, rooftop seating, and friendly service. New downtown fav as it wasn’t terribly crowded.
Been here a few times, but on this occasion it was not very good. Went as a group of 8. No table service which meant long queues at the counter for drinks and food. Pizzas came out at different times and the veggie one was burnt and had way too much garlic on it. Shame really as it has been good before. Went I asked it was explained as being down to low staffing levels. The night before we tried and they closed 3 hours early without any notice.
Amazing experience! Our server was so knowledgeable and helpful. The pizzas ? were delicious. Absolutely no complaints. Rebecca, the manager, checked on us constantly and was super nice. Leilani was an amazing server. We will definitely be coming back.Thank you all!-El Paso Visitors
