It was my girlfriends birthday, I Ordered $68 of food on their website got a confirmation email and they charged my card, 30 min later I arrived, and they said they had no knowledge of my order, and wouldn't work with me to figure out the mistake I got takeout pizza for my girls b day instead this whole thing almost ruined it, and now I have to dispute the charge and wait 10 days to get a new card. What a pain I wish they would have looked in their computer and made it right or at least refunded me for services I didn't recieve. Won't be going here again

Been going here on and off for over ten years…and the staff still remember my order! Well made Chinese take-out favorites and some less common dishes at very reasonable prices and FAST! I’m never disappointed by the Crab Rangoons, Potstickers or other classics like their House Fried Rice. Made to order!

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten in my entire life. Everything was stale and tasted like it had been made yesterday or the day before even the fortune cookies were still we spent 70 bucks and had to throw it away do not eat here it is horrible you're probably getting sick from this period seriously I've had Chinese food in many places and even Panda Express is better than this slap what a waste

Just 'Decent' food, HORRIBLE customer service, rude and dismissive, they turned out the lights on us mid meal, we told them we were dining in, but they brought the food to us as carryout.. will NOT be a return customer.

We were hoping for some good Chinese food but this place was Awful. Besides the food being terrible the woman at the front acted like we were bothering her by being there. I was extra nice to try to loosen her up but that didn't work " She was just straight up RUDE !!! ". We were so disappointed from the whole experience. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE before you waste your money and appetite. ???

its lack of premier ingredients is reflected by the prices. and so you are getting what you paid for only its really very tasty. its mostly used for takeout and at lunch time they have lower prices which are very reasonable for Santa Fe. its also a no nonsense take out place. the workers there are hard working and concentrating only on what they are doing. they are not chitchatting . they are so busy bc its a very popular place. so go there and just order, wait, pay for it, and leave.

Hostile. terrible, abusive, service. The heavyset middle-aged Chinese woman, apparently the manger, was unbelievably rude -- beyond rude, positively hostile -- when I picked up a prepaid take out order for my family. The aggressively rude service was a shock. I'm appalled and recommend that no one should spend their money for frankly abusive treatment and second rate food.

Is it a trendy Chinese place similar to what you'd find in LA or New York? No.Is it an iconic San Francisco Chinatown place? No.Is it a good, solid, inexpensive locally-owned place that serves basic Chinese dishes that appeal to people like my midwestern-born-and-raised father-in-law? Yes it is. You want trendy? Go to Jinja...or Thai-on-Canyon. You want inexpensive, good, solid Chinese? Go here. Especially for lunch: Their lunch specials are a bargain.
