We just spent nearly $50 for two pizzas with plastic BAKED IN the pizza! They were also wrong too, we didn’t order sausage! Dominos refused to give us a refund. We asked to get them replaced, they told us we had to take the pizzas into the store and “prove it”. It’s 9pm on a Tuesday night, it’s too late to drive!The people on the phone (workers and managers) were rude and did not help at all. If you love eating plastic and toppings you didn’t order, then order from this Dominos!

Bought a large 1 topping pizza at night (around 8 pm). They provided the wrong crust and topping on the pizza they gave me. Then I was given a hard time when discussing their mistake. I provided the receipt, and never left the parking lot of this store. The manager was rude claiming that I must have done something to them pizza, or was simply looking for a freebie. I explained I wanted what was on the receipt and that's all. They took over a hour and a half from providing the wrong pizza to correct their mistake. The entire transaction was almost 2.5 hours for a single, 1 topping large pizza.Decided to give this place another chance. Wife went in to pay and pick up. They weren't accepting cards. We had no cash. Lady (claimed to be the owner) had attitude with us because their card machines wasn't working. She told us to use her ATM. No thank $8 fee. Their pizza isn't even that good, but to put it in that price range, no way. We told her just cancel, and she began ranting about us sticking her with the bill. Sorry all we had was plastic.

Delivery orders take exponentially longer than their estimation. After an hour and a half wait we called and were put on hold. After waiting and then calling a second time we spoke to Mike who was helpful and gave us an update on our order. Be aware of the time needed for delivery, and order carry out if at all possible!!!

I order from this Dominos regularly, however lately the service and quality is poor. This is a picture of the salad I ordered last night. The lettuce is brown and old! I can't even eat it! The picture is of just the lettuce after opening the salad...pretty sad, I totally wasted my money.

Never again would I order from this business. If I could select 0 stars and post I would. Our order took 2 + hours. Our hotel was 0.5 miles away from this place and yet our delivery driver took 20 minutes to get our order delivered. I understand every business is short staffed, but I believe there is a way to ensure a pizza delivery establishment can operate in a more efficient manner.

Always have issues here with order accuracy, pizza doneness, wait times. Though wait times have gotten slightly better. Again, like 30+% of the time the order is wrong or done incorrectly or burnt or raw or the pizza doesn't match the order or the dough is super thin. Pretty crazy it's so inconsistent in so many areas.

As a hospital employee we constantly order from Domino's. But recently they have been messing up our orders. That not even being the worst. It seems that delivery (that has a fee included in total) has been waiting to take out all the orders to be delivered at once (according to the driver). By the time our pizza is delivered, not only was it cold, but even the cheese is stiff from sitting in a cold car the whole time. We order some really big orders each time. You would think they had maybe some value to high paying customers. Last order was $77.00. I was so upset after this happening repeatedly that I sent an email to corporate, because when you try to call the store, no one answers! They didn't even bother to reply. Domino's due to poor customer service you might have potentially lost a good customer.

UPDATE!! Jennifer from Domino's called me and apologized. Refunded my money and I have a credit. She explained she took over this store a couple of weeks ago and 8 people quit the first day. I understand now why no one answered my phone. Next time I will call first before I place another order online. Domino's had a great response to my complaint. I will give them another try.Original posting:Don't do it. My order has been there 60 minutes bakes and ready for a driver. Got to be cold by now. I called to cancel and they don't answer their phone. Don't do it!!!

Every business is struggling with COVID right now. It is difficult to employ and keep a workforce especially in the food industry (I know, I was a line cook for 2 years)To that, though my food did take a bit longer than expected, the product delivered was exactly as ordered and the service was friendly and kind. Understand the struggle and practice patience. They're doing they're best and deserve that respect

Don’t bother with this Domino’s location! Terrible customer service! They weren’t answering their phone so I decided to go in person to place my order , when arriving I saw that the employees purposely leave the phone off the hook and don’t answer phone calls they receive, and leave the phone ringing ignoring it. I waited over an hour for my pickup order when I was told it would be 20-30 minutes. When receiving my pizza it was not what I ordered. Employees are rude, totally not accommodating, and unsanitary. Not happy at all .
