This Domino's service has treated me quite well, they were short delivery drivers and the website allowed my order to go through the manager called me right away to apologize and refunded my purchase also comped me a free pizza, I haven't had service like that in a long time, I am very impressed!Thank you!
Ordered at 11:15 and the order was cancelled and money returned. They close at 12, thats all fine just a bit disappointing but: Also had orders take well over an hour in the past, Have sat at a drive through for pick up for similar times. Worst experience was when I showed up to pick up my pizza on foot because I live five minutes away, the lobby was closed so I had to walk through the drive through, stood outside for 20 minutes waiting as they made the pizza. I understand that the workers are probably doing everything they can so this review is for those in hiring postions or higher up. Pizza has been great, Please help your employees who have been struggling, are likely understaffed, and absolutely underpaid if they are understaffed.
Mitchell and the lady(wish I would of gotten her name) were very friendly. Will come back because of these two. Had bad experiences before, but their customer service and delicious pizza redeemed this establishment.
I put my order on line at about 5:15 and the app told me my order would be ready at 5:30 as I pulled up to the window on time by person number one they acknowledge me and said we'll get right back to you person number two asked me my name and said yes we're working on that order person number 3 did the same thing and person number four said they weren't ready with my order but if I could come in and sit in the lobby it would be done soon so I parked my car and went inside no problem.. they had messed up my order and failed to tell me that so I waited until 6: 15 and finally I got my order one of them was cold I understand everyone's busy but this was something that they could take care of just by being up front and I have to save the toppings on the pizzas these days are so minuscule they used to pile it on especially the cheese nice wonderful cheese stringy chewy tasty not like that anymore.
Placed order at 711 estimated time for delivery 59-72 minutes. Contacted store as tracker was showing pizza was still being prepped after speaking with the manager was advised it would be yet another 45 minutes to an hour asked for a refund no confirmation and if I had a problem call back in 3 days suggestion how about updating your tracker or advising that you don't have drivers
This is How I received my food tonight was told that I was given scraps that employees eat but yet it was my exact order this place is ridiculous. I used to work at domino’s and this is Disgusting!!!!! And shows that they don’t teach them about safety protocols for food
This dominos should close until they get their act together or stop taking orders. Ordered wings at 6:45pm and finally delivered at 9:20pm. When they arrived, they were cold. They have something called delivery insurance on their app which allows them to make the order right, but it keeps stating that our food has not been delivered even after two hours. I recommend you order from somewhere else until they get their act together. I would be willing to change this review once they have fixed their processes.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.. I had order #691768. Tonight and after an hour and half I tried calling to check on my order only to be hung up on 3 times. I then drove up to the store and knocked on the door to be ignored then went through the line took the so called manager 10 minutes to find me order only for me to get home and pizza to be burnt and the rest of it to be stone cold.. I would not recommend this place and suggest they look into new employees that understand what customer service is
Just don’t do it. Terrible customer service. Called 5 times, hung up on 4 times. Waited 2 hours for them to tell me it was going to take another 45min even though my pizza was ready 50 min prior. My pizza was excellent and service was very accomodating, despite being very shorthanded. An employee, (young lady) checked me out even though she was not on the clock. Gentleman on the phone was obviously very busy yet patient.and polite.
