My experience was great I didn't know what I wanted and thought they had pasta. The guy talked me through the menu I ordered a pizza and he then offered a sandwich as well and I didn't regret it the meatball sub was amazing. The flavor from the meat balls made you come back for more. The sauce on the pizza was even better. The service was great for me !
Normally I like Dions Pizza. We ate at the one in Sante Fe and it was not good. Pizza was not fully cooked and 3 slices had no cheese on them. Weird. We left over half the pizza. What a waste.
First time I'd been there. Will definitely return. But will bring my pizza cutter since none of our pizzas were thoroughly cut.Other than that I loved it. Pizza was delicious. Salads were good and fresh.The gentleman cleaning the area was especially nice and helpful.
This Dion's really went down hill since the new one opened. I get that my order wasn't ready when I first got to window but after 30 minutes of waiting I go inside to see the status and they lost my order. Was disappointed with the service and quality of food at this location.Update, they made things right. We appreciate their actions to improve their customer service. Thank you Dion's I will now make my 1 star review a 5!
Very good and clean place love that they have a lot of teenagers working and love the salads
My wife and I have enjoyed eating in the past at Dions in both Albuquerque snd Santa Fe, but I am not sure if we will ever go back given our experience last night at the north Cerillos restaurant. First we drove to the south Cerillos restaurant - which is closer to our home, only to find the dining room closed. So we drove to the other SF restaurant only to encounter a long line with only one young guy taking the orders, a very long wait for an underdone pizza and no wife’s salad with it(that took another 15 minutes). Disorganized chaos and extremely unsanitary with paper towels littering the bathroom floor, dirty dishes and food remnants on 1/3 of the tables and overflowing waste cans. One young manager was running around trying to address all the problems but he wasn’t getting much help.
We ordered online and arrived a few minutes early for pickup. The girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful in getting us our order.
My previous review was correct about several unmotivated employees standing idle behind the counter! And behold our order was corrected, so a reprieve review is in order. The food is still splendid, but honestly looking better to your public is imperative, so if your manager doesn't talk to you about hauling a hot SANITIZING BUCKET! Please do, and motivate your life to always do the best job because employers, bosses and occasionally the public recognize THOSE HARD WORKING ACTS! Thank you for working hard and pushing lazy staff from their pulpits!
Really great local pizzeria. Their sub sandwiches are fantastic. With a one-of-a-kind crunchy crust on their Italian bread…you can’t beat it! Support our local eateries. Dion’s has great customer service too! They make your dining experience amazing.
It was quick and easy to go in and order food. As always the quality was good. Staff very nice. It did take them a few minutes to get somebody up to the front counter to take my order. When they did arrive they did show me consideration and gave me their full attention
