This restaurant was bustling at 12:40 on a Tuesday. I had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, but once I got a table, the service was speedy. I got an ice tea very quickly and ordered the blue plate special of the day. The plate came after only a few minutes. The Chile Rellenos, rice, and beans were very tasty. I ordered the dish with red and green chili. I believe the food was a little bland. I would have liked a little more heat. The waitress gave excellent service.
I found this place while I was searching for jerk chicken to eat while we were Santa Fe, and my expectations weren’t that high. Boy, did they exceed all my expectations! The jerk chicken was bursting with flavor, the extra sauce with delicious and the chicken cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the brisket and he loved it. The service was attentive, kind, and responsive, the best we had our entire trip. We will definitely be back!!!
Honestly, the kitchen is good. The wait staff is not. We come here about a dozen times a year. Today, the waiter dropped my salad in my lap, dumped my margarita in my lap. He was quick to try and clean the table, but it took forever for our waitress, a sullen woman named anya, to show up. 1/2 our order never arrived, no apologies, and ruined shorts. They replaced my salad - snd charged me for the replacement until i complained. An apology goes a long way: please learn to say it. We will not be back, since it seems like the staff is hurried and unhappy. So many nicer places to enjoy a drink.
This place was highly recommended by family who used to live near. We made time in our first and very short visit and we’re so glad we did! Food was excellent and in portions we could easily share. Everything was very good!
The cowgirl bar and restaurant is a fun place, with great bartenders, friendly staff, moderate prices, good food great place to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon
Great atmosphere, service, playground in the outdoor patio area for the kids which was a big hit, and excellent food had by our party of 9!
We had an early dinner here. There was a musician singing & playing his guitar on the patio area where we were dining. Our waitress was attentive, polite, & quick. The brisket we had was moist & delicious. All the side dishes were excellent as well.
The outdoor courtyard is a fun place, with live music the night we ate there. The food is good, the servers friendly, and the ambiance very southwest. We liked it so much we went back a second time!
Great outdoor entertainment, Very tasty BBQ plates, prices are fair , the waiting staff was on point and the people that come to eat here are laid back and its comfy for sure!
Great food great service. Server was super nice and we love how there was a play are for the kids to play while we wait for our food.
