Four of us visited this shop today for some hot chocolate and candy. What a huge disappointment! The hot chocolate could barely be described as such. They were very watered down as if they had merely a sprinkling of chocolate Dust! We bought 3 hot chocolates totalling $28.00!! Our friends bought 8 pieces of candytotaling $42.00! To say we were in sticker shock is an understatement! We specifically wanted to visit a locally owned store as opposed to going to Starbucks where we were almost headed. Bad decision! We will never, ever recommend this shop to any one visiting Santa Fe

lady making my hot chocolate was rude. had to get my hot chocolate made 3 times. first time it tasted bitter, and the next time she gave me literal water, and it was barely room temperature. was going to let it go until my boyfriend tried mine, and said it tasted nothing like his. she also gave me attitude about LIDS. on another note, the person with tattoos was extremely nice & remade my hot chocolate. it was super good when they made it! next time i will not pay $30 for an attitude problem, and watery lukewarm hot chocolate.

We stopped here looking for a quick hot chocolate. The shop looked very promising and they had many cookies and chocolate truffles on display. The small hot chocolate was sold out so we got a large original. It was the worst hot chocolate we’ve ever had. Watery, flavorless, powdery. A complete waste of money. We also bought 4 chocolate-dipped cookies— totaled to $17.60. These cookies tasted like something you could easily buy at the grocery store and dip in chocolate yourself. Overpriced and mediocre. Would not recommend.

Do NOT waste your time or your money. If I didn’t have to rate it a star, I wouldn’t. We specifically chose to support a small business and felt so ripped off for our trouble! I got a 16oz hot chocolate and it was hot water w/ chocolate powder and whipped cream on top! I returned to complain and was told the hot chocolate was made w/ water instead of milk - it was undrinkable - Swiss Miss (who also uses hot water for the mix) is so much better and doesn’t cost 8 dollars - r u kidding me? I was also charged 43 dollars for 9 sweet treats - outrageous. When your clerk told me, I wish I had had the where-with-all to decline and walk away!Your choice to cheat your customers is a disgrace to Santa Fe Commerce!

Sigh, just disappointing. Bland limeade, 1 tea, and 2 chocolate truffles for $22…WTF.The limeade tasted like water with a hint of something (not even lime) and half of the cup was just crushed ice. Restaurants sell refreshments cheaper with free refills…The tea - cmon, that’s just water and a basic tea bag from the supermarket. Came in a flimsy cup and didn’t even come with a heat protector.Chocolate truffles were not anything special. The taste was nothing I will crave again. They sell cheaper and tastier ones at the supermarket or even at better bakeries.Save your time and money. We wish we had read the reviews before coming here.

No prices listed. Paid $7.50 for a chocolate dipped blue corn tortilla and stale marshmallow. A complete rook! Chocolate is nothing special at all. This is the first time I have ever written a bad review - any review for that matter. This place was such a rip off that I have no choice but to do this. Please, take your business elsewhere.
