I went inside here and ordered with the cashier, a super sweet girl named Harmony, I wanted to leave a tip and asked the manager who was close why there wasn't a tip jar... well, apparently "it's a corporate decision ", which I can understand BUT I dont agree withCORPORATE MANAGEMENT OF CHICK-FIL-A should implement a tip jar for their employees who deal with the public and are in a service position..Also, when the food was ready, A super friendly employee delivered the food to us, even though we were taking it to go. Friendliest people Ive come across in the Santa Fe workforce lately (except for the manager)
never have i recieved worse service in my life. y’all ignored me for my pick up order for 20 minutes. nobody bothered to ask check my order when i asked and it was sitting on the back table the whole time. the older lady there helped all the people behind me with everything else they needed and didn’t bother to ask me what i needed. this place went downhill and i am sick to my stomach after that experience.
The staff were very professional and the order was correct. The service took a little longer going through the drive thru but it wasn't too bad. The woman at the woman asked if my dog wanted a treat, which I didn't know Chick-fil-A did but it was really nice to get one.
This was ridiculous. Waited over 15 minutes in line and the car in front of us got the wrong order served to them twice. Then we pull up and got the wrong order. Not once. Not twice. Three times. Didn’t get drinks. Asked for those. Didn’t get fries. Didn’t ask for fruit got fruit. Then got wrong drinks. Then waited longer. Finally got drinks. Both literally has ZERO ice. We were so frustrated and they assured us we got the right order so we pulled away. Upon opening bag we got the wrong order. Completely different items wrapped in wrong labels. There was not ONE THING right or positive about this Chik fil A. Not one! I honestly can’t believe CFA allows this location to be part of their company.
We ate at Chick-fil-A and the food was yummy to say the least. Food got to us lick it'd quick. Food was consumed in a like way fashion. Customer service was great!
Isabella took my order and meet me at the widow with a smile I definitely felt heard and appreciated as a customer. Service was great I appreciate all you and ur team do, not to mention ur food is always a great tasting treat ? thank Y'all

Don't bother ordering pickup through the app. Unlike every other location, they ignore the "I'm here" button on the app, and don't start making your food until you flag down an employee and tell them you're there. But there's no way to know that! So you can end up sitting in a booth waiting on food that will never come, which is what happened to me! Only upside is managers are very nice and kind and apologetic. But the owner needs to start making the food when the app says the customer has arrived like every other Chickfila does.
Extremely long wait for just 4 packs of chicken mini’s. Eventually asked what’s happening as I’m sitting next to the drive through window and we’ve been ignored for 15 minutes. “we’re making more nuggets”. Waited another 5 minutes before getting food. You’d think they would have mentioned the wait when I ordered? Or popped in to say sorry for the wait?
Spoiled salad with missing ingredients. No strawberries or granola.When I ate the apples I discovered they where beginging to ferment. The bed of spotty iceberg lettuce with nothing but the apple cider vinaigrette dressing too carry it.Staff was confrontational with customer ahead of us over pickles which they had an allergy too. An declared while ordering. The front desk lady was having a rough go at it and the whole crew was bickering about the restuarant at each other, their duties, an where crystal dissapeared too. So I didn't bother bringing it up with an already upset crew.It would be my pleasure to never stop at Santa Fe Chick-fil-A again. No, please..not even if you paid me.
