Chicken wings not great and prices are way way to high
We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches one grilled and one crispy, with fries. The chicken has zero taste it was like a hockey Putt. Fries were old and rubbery. Grub hub refunded our money, but when i called ' manager' she said she'd let the cooks know. Really?? She tried to blame the driver, he was the only good experience of this horrible meal. She absolutely did not care how bad the food was. I was Nauseous for a good 2 hours, it's sad that we had to throw it all away it was so terrible. But was really wrong about the whole thing was she Absolutely did not care. Thanks Anna
I feel horrible that I don't remember our server's name. They had a BEAUTIFUL tattoo with an amethyst crystal in the middle! They were awesome, courteous & informative. The food was quite delicious & the costs were not too high. Thank you & we will return next time we're in the area!
Over priced. Took the kids there to eat while we’re displaced due to fires. It wasn’t worth it. I would’ve paid less at a fast food place and they would’ve been full. They left still hungry. Wanted to take them somewhere good, I won’t go there again.
We were the last seated in the big area away from the bar, there was 3 of us. The waiter was absolutely amazing! So nice friendly fast and informative!! I wish I had gotten his name but definitely going back because of him!! 3/21/22 about 8ish we were there.
Santa Fe location was horrible!!! 40 min wait to be seated. 1.5 hr wait for food. Some food was cold. We got our food and had to wait another 10 min for silverware. They took a while to get plates, didn’t refill water unless we asked. Bathrooms We’re super dirty
We had a very negative experience yesterday. Left very upset and dissatisfied.- the wait time was absolutely ridiculous- inappropriate remarks from the waitress, such as- “you are bossy” - to my friend- before I even opened my mouth “and you are just plain difficult”- “ we do things differently in our state”All said in front of our children.- no plates- had to eat like animals from one tray- We checked w/ manager prior to sitting down about promotion - all was cleared and approved.We had our point from the app taken (700) for the food we never got, did not get discount and as a result were deceived and overcharged.I have all 4 (!) receipts to prove all of the above.Yes, we are not from NM but BWW is a internationally acclaimed company, who needs to incorporate inclusive and kind practices into the service process.This dining experience was inappropriate on so many levels - from rudeness, xenophobia, inappropriate billing. Our children and us left stunned, humiliated and ashamed.
We were told by the host to have a seat wherever we like. Than the waitress didn't even know we were there. So it took a minute. Our drinks came out oddly sporadically instead of all at once. Ordered an appetizer of ultimate nachos, I should have took a picture of that sad mess. The wings were good but the refills were watered down nasty. I didn't want to leave the tip we did but hey people need money. I don't think we will be back to this location.
