Service was a little disappointing to begin with, but it did get better. The meal was outstanding! Melt in your mouth filet mignon. Canât wait to go back!
Was not what we expected. Thought it was going to be fine dining but was basically a bar feel. Food was just ok. I mentioned it was a bday celebration when reserving and no one wished a happy birthday. Issac our waiter did a good job which made the experience salvageable.

Service was slow, but it would appear that staffing is an issue here like many restaurants. Once waited on, the service was very good. The food was very good and preserved nicely.

Nice selection. Bread pudding dessert to die for (without the caramel drizzle unless you love caramel) service excellent. No rush for the check. Relaxing.
Had an enjoyable evening at Bourbon Grill. Our entrees were very good, dessert was delicious (highly recommend the bread pudding)! And our server Isaac was attentive, personable and had excellent customer service skills!
Food was good and our wait time was minimal. But it was very loud in there.
My ribs were way overcooked and the sauce was not great. My wife's prime rib was also overcooked even with her request for a medium. It took a long time to get the check and even longer for him to come back so we could pay.
Good food, great service, an easy way to end a busy work day. Particularly recommend the green Chile chicken soup, wedge salad, and any of the steaks.
