Wow 3 years ago this place was awesome now the experience has change my husband and my itsa burger cold and the fries colder and they were slow. Youngster's that looked confused or did not want to do their job. Bad place never ever will I ever go there.
I placed an online order for a chorizo breakfast burrito and a double meat It'sa Burger with green chile, no pickle and when I got home, my burger was not at all what I ordered. It had no chile, no lettuce, just a tomato and mustard. I took the burger back, the girl at the register took my burger and my receipt and I sat down. I waited...and waited...and waited for almost 30 minutes and nothing. I went back up to the counter to ask where my burger was and the response I got by the girl at the register was "we're very busy". At that point I lost my temper and told the girl that I didn't care how busy they were, they messed up my order and I had to come back and my burger should be a priority. I asked for my money back but because I ordered it online, I was told they couldn't refund me. So the manager finally remade my burger after over 30 minutes of waiting and when I got home, it was still wrong. There was no cheese. I will never order from this location again. Very disappointing experience!
Not a good experience! This place has gone way done hill.Went into this location for a quick breakfast burrito to go. Placed my order and waited, and waited, and waited and waited while I watched others come and go with their meals. After 20 minutes I asked about my order. No apology. No concern. The said it might be just a few more minutes. 10 more minutes, that's 30 minutes in total I got my breakfast. Now, that was bad enough. However, I began to eat my burrito and noticed something very cold on the center. It was frozen, uncooked hash brown potatoes! I tossed the whole thing. Quality, training, and proper management is severely lacking!I'm done with this location. Yuk!
My entirely family prefers Lotaburger for breakfast, lunch, and dinner over any other fast food places ???? Hatch Green Chile makes everything on their menu taste better?
Management is great, everyone works hard even when understaffed. 2-3 employees working the jobs of 5. Airport lots burger is by far the cleanest. If any other customer has had a bad experience is due to ungrateful customers.
All you folk from outside NM if you truly want to learn about NM cuisine this is the place. It's a regional chain of restaurants that give you a true NM experience from their breakfast burritos to their green chilie hamburger ?. So when visiting and you see the Blake's sign drop in wait a while because they make them after you order but it's worth the wait.
I was looking forward to trying Blake's today but I won't be back. The hamburger was undercooked (almost raw) and the large fries were the same size as a medium.
My husband went here today to pick me up lunch and bring it to my work. The food was good but it took them almost 45 minutes for the order. It was one small meal. Every time we come here it seems to be a let down. The staff doesn’t seem friendly and no one seems like they want to be there. I’m new to the area and was excited to try a new place but the service is awful.

The new manager i think her name id marisella is beyond rude basically throws my order at me i say thank u nothing in return shes always been rude since i first started seeing her there. Bad customer service here.
