First time I can say that their burgers were amazing. Missing some seasoning, but my homemade salsa made up the lack of seasoning.
First time trying a burger with traditional New Mexico chillies. Enjoyed it with the seasoned fries and a shake. Nothing out of the ordinary here, except the burger was pretty good. I like the history of Blakes Lotaburger and the pictures on the wall of each of the early stores that were opened.
They messed up my order by putting the items I asked to leave off on the sandwich and gave me attitude about making it correctly. The seasoned fries were very bland and just had a weird coating on them. Not impressed at all.
Blake's is a staple of New Mexico and has been a fan favorite for many years. This particular location is especially good. All the good was fresh, the employees all were in a good mood, and I got my order pretty quick. If you want fast food that feels like sit down restaurant quality, go to this Blake's lotaburger :)
Good burgers ad chicken sandwiches. Fries are pretty good, not my favorite though. I always like a shake with my burger and they have pretty good rotating seasonal shakes here.
Of course this place wasn't overcrowded, it's because NO ONE was even there to open the restaurant it says online, on the doors also. Well we were there at 7:00 am yet at 7:10 still no one there.
Burger was made fresh as I waited. I was traveling through Santa fe and it was a very good meal to hit the road.
Food here is great. Love the breakfast burritos. Also their LotaCombo w/ onion rings a seasonal shake always my #1choice
I wish I could give this place negative stars. I found a COCKROACH In my burger! Worst customer service ever! The manager and the staff were using explicit language towards me and my sick grandfather. I would not recommend this to anyone. 2/21/2022
Ordered 0nline ten minutes later went to pick up 20 minutes before they closed,,, doors were locked. Nobody would answer the phone so had to go bang on the door until somebody came to the front counter and just starting cutting her hand across her neck saying we're closed. When I said I had an online order, she just shrugged and said closed. When I asked about a refund she just said I would get it. This location always has apathetic staff.who seem bothered that's we are ordering.
