Lotaburger NM way. Yum, delicious. Largish, clean, newish store. Great food, location, and people. To me this is the best burger in NM.
The food is good but the customer relations is poor. A previous take home order forgot the fries. When I ordered again I informed service person that they should replace fries as well as include some in present order. When I checked before leaving, there were no fries. When I asked for the fries, I was told to come back latter and speak to manager.
Ordered a double burger with bacon and cheese and Fries. Food was good, fries was ok was expecting a bit more but issue I have is the price difference between regular fries and large fries it's made for u to get a large fry and my total amount was 19 bucks that's comparable to some of the other gourmet burger places was expecting this to be a cheaper option somewhere around 10-15 bucks but all in all it's pretty decent..
Delicious burger, seasoned fries, and soda. The menus options are an excellent value. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Today I ordered my usual classic burrito number 3. It's a bean burrito basically...but not today.I asked for red sauce. There's none. I asked for extra cheese. I got plenty of that, but hardly any beans. It was all hash browns again.People what gives!!! I've never gotten a bad burrito like this from blakes on Cerrillos!
This was a very disappointing franchise location. It was a very dirty and run down restaurant in need of a serious refresh. The employees were not friendly and didn’t seem to be happy to be helping us (they might have been understaffed?). The meat on my burger was very thin and falling apart. Not the high quality establishment I was expecting. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because my husband liked the green chile on his burger.
I love these burgers great tasting with real new Mexico chili. The service was not great, the manager looked like he didn't want my business. I grew up with these burgers and was excited to have one and that's the only reason I stayed to get one.
Great breakfast food and super inexpensive. Great service and fast.
People keep talking about Lotaburger being different, but I think it's great. Still that real beef and green chile heaven plus all the sides.
I paid about $20 to get a bag of Fritos and a cup of Chile delivered. No toppings, no option to add toppings, the way it’s advertised is that the toppings come with it. So that’s super disappointing
