The only Lotaburger to will go to is the one located on St. Micheals in Santa Fe. All others are bad. The one on St. Micheals their customer service is amazing. Their cooks cook the patties all the way with no pink meat.Thumbs up for this location.
Was surprised how Blake's aka Lotta Burger has changed in preparing burgers I would call it a flat iron press which made it thin and small, didn't enjoy burger like where's the Beef. Who is changing our eating habits? Blake's isn't the only burger joint preparing small burgers that's been operating as long as Blake's has 70 yrs. I miss eating a Good Burger
Had lunch there on Fathers Day. Burger was cooked too fast and raw inside in a few areas! Fries were soggy with grease! Gave fries to the birds and ate half my burger. Won't eat here again!!! Root beer was good!
Love Lotaburger, but quality & service has severely declined. No matter how I order - phone, internet or in-person - my order is never right. On several occasions I've expressed discontent with getting something I didn't order, and the person behind the counter just mutters "that's what you ordered." Plus, just now picking up yet another incorrect order, watched as an employee overfilled his cup at the drink station in the lobby and let the coke just spill onto the ground, then left. No effort to clean up a fall hazard.
First time to New Mexico and first time to Blake's. Ordered the Lota Burger NM style and peach shake. Both were insanely good and the staff was phenomenal. I may need to move here.
Always a very tasty burger but the size has been reduced and the cost has gone up quite a bit. Also, you have to ask for extra crispy on the fries or they're half cooked, floppy, and pale.
Shame on you Elizabeth. We had a large order, your store messed it up. I called to complain and you advised me next time to order online then hung up on me. Poor customer service, and it reflects in the quality of your establishment. You are a POOR shift leader. Shame on you.
Use to be my go to. However, quality in food taste and customer service definitely dwindled. Not what Blakes used to be ?. Green chili is not hot anymore and food is bland ?. Still don't understand why they have not updated their hours. They definitely don't close at 10 pm, rather they close at 9 pm.
Food was ok. Took them forever to take our order. Not sure but I think just 1 young man only spoke English out of 5. And he was on the phone. Made it there for breakfast but since it took him so long we had to get lunch.
We came from out of town, and was told about Blake's Lotaburger. We got their breakfast burritos and their chilli bowl. I have never had hash brown in my burrito before, and it turned out pretty good. The burrito was big and filling. People normally order for pickup. However, there are plenty of space in front of the window inside the restaurant, or outside to sit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at here. I would like to come back in the future.
