First, the person taking my order, got it wrong. They added bacon and when we told them, they took off the bacon, with no refund. The Itsa burger was pricey and it had no substance. It was a small flat burger and there was no onions. The same with the Lota Burger, it was smaller the a Whopper. And the burgers were over cooked and not seasoned. Our Large Seasoned Fries were the portion of a small order in that large French frie bag. That is the worst Lotaburger that I have been to, here in Santa Fe. Never again! Don't eat there, It was not work it!
Food was great as always! Young lady taking orders needs retraining. Crappie attitude and service to match.
What can I say, I've been eating at this Lotaburger for a long as I can remember. My mom used to take my brother's and I with her when she was off of work and it was pay day and after she cashed her check we would go eat at Lotaburger. Green chili and cheese on my lota combo was a must and the only hard decision you gotta make is weather you want a soda or a milk shake. However, the ? hamburgers are shrinking since back in the day. The burgers used to be huge it was one of the reasons we would eat there but now in days they've shrunken a bit.
We stopped by to grab some breakfast burritos which were amazing and a great value. I'm docking it because the lady that took my order was not very friendly and seemed inconvenienced by me being there.
It was and always been so delicious I just love the hand held Bacon and Sausage breakfast burrito with green and red chili ( x-mas) and extra cheese. Omg it's the greatest ever.
Definitely 5 stars on the food ! Blakes is one of a kind!Foods amazing But food is not that good when the team behind it is RuDE no customer service skills ! How about SMILE ... GREET THE CUSTOMERS WHEN WE ARE STANDING THERE... instead we COMPLETELY get IGNORED while employees are on there personal phones and laughing and talking amonst eachother . I go all the time and the employees are always acting like they hate there job im very unsatisfied with my visits there .
Lota burger with cheese and fries were good needed a bit of seasoning but definitely worth the price.
Came to this location after ordering through the phone. The automated system isn’t to bad. The first few times it wasn’t as simple. This time it was very simple. Catches all the words. Then I show up, tell them the name on the order. Pay and leave. Very easy and it’s better than talking to people on the phone. Also when I showed up the food was ready to be picked up. Had everything I asked for and the food was also made how I requested. Definitely will be returning.
The burgers and fries are both good. The screwed up my order and added cheese and left of the green chile, but I still enjoyed the meal. Blake's is my favorite fast food hamburger joint. It's a New Mexico institution.
Still in the original style, its been there forever. They do not build them like this anymore, but the style used to be the norm. No indoor seating. Always genuine and delicious. The green chile is hot.
