We came 20 min before closing on graduation day and they were closed already despite us calling earlier to confirm close time. Extremely disappointing.
Employees are always so polite and provide excellent customer service even when there are people inside and outside the business.
To be very honest, I get my fix once and sometimes twice a week. Shh don’t tell my primary care physician and ruin everything. ?I have been coming to this location since I was in grade school. I remember having my first banana split Sunday. Wow that was quite a treat! I also remember the many memories for birthdays and birthday cakes.The staff is always super friendly and they recognize me when I go in and get greeted with a smile that makes it all worth the 5 minute trip! I am truly a rocky road and Oreo cookie fan. This location is where I always go.

Very poor customer service. Want you to wear masks but don't have any for customers. Would rather lose business than use common sense.
