I went there yesterday late afternoon there was a young lady with glasses working she was very rude to me. She seemed bothered by every customer. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager and she was so rude and unprofessional. She was then gossiping with her co worker about other customers seems very unprofessional even for an ice cream shop.
Seriously it’s not hard to update your hours so people don’t walk to your location and it’s closed.... absolutely ridiculous.
This was my first time here, and my experience with this store was great. My granddaughter wanted a lactose or dairy free ice cream, but the only problem was they only had chocolate. As we drove down the road, I noticed she hadn't eaten it much, so I asked what was wrong? She explained that it had a funny taste and that she didn't like it. My wife tried it, and she said it tasted like freezer burn. Not sure what the problem was, but my granddaughter didn't like the taste. Other than that, the other three different ice cream flavors were very good. Clean facility and great person working there.
While the service was excellent. The layered sundae was unimpressive. $7.89 plus tax for a huge container and a few bites of ice cream. She had a hard time scooping it out so maybe that's why it was pathetic. The ice cream didn't even come up half way up the sundae container. I will go back to just getting a scoop.
Been here twice in the past month. Have seen employees not using gloves during this crises. Both were masked but were handling ice cream containers without gloves! I asked them about this and the one who served me put some on only then? Also the one who served me ice cream should have still washed her hands before putting the gloves on? *I work in the hospitality business and notice these things!!!

Expanded menu of all things related to ice cream . It was very clean when I was there.
Don't ever order birthday cakes from this location. They are terrible at managing the orders, we've had them forget or “lose†two cake orders so far. It makes it tough on the special event because we plan to pick up the cakes on that day and then show up and get told they don't have the order.
