I don't know why I still tip you guys, you never give me the right order. You asked if I wanted everything on my burger and then gave me nothing but patty and cheese. You raised the prices and still get the orders wrong.
Great place to eat tacos, green chili cheese fries, Frito pies, etc. We come all the way from Albuquerque.
Great breakfast burritos and they have a great tasting salsa too.Tried their taquitos, one beef and one chicken. Both overcooked and meats not seasoned. Pass on those.
This is a hidden gem in Santa Fe for sure. It definitely has a deceiving outdoor appearance as an old Wendy's but the quality of the food definitely makes up for it. I love the bacon rolls and crave them on the regular, the roll is always creamy and so well seasoned. I am craving one right now. I can't wait till I get to go back.
Baja has graced Santa Fe since 1968, and hands down they have the best drive through chicken enchiladas in town. Their Frito pie is also excellent,.
Always bomb!!!! I love the taquitos I always get them and a side of fries. Make sure to buy a large salsa because it’s soooooo tasty!!! The fair prices are the cherry on top.
So far, this place has been pretty close to excellent. The breakfast burritos are pretty good, meaning sometimes they're great, and sometimes they're just good. When you ask for extra hash browns on a breakfast burrito, you don't really get any extra hash browns (even though they charge you for it).Now, if you're fine with not getting eggs in your breakfast burrito (and if you like bacon), get the bacon roll with hash browns. The ratio of chile, bacon, and potatoes is perfect, and each time I've gotten one it's been exactly what I hoped it would be. Both the green chile and red chile are good. They don't skimp on the bacon either, in fact (and I can't belive I'm writing this), it's almost to the point were it's too much bacon. Almost. Maybe someday I'll try something other than breakfast items at Baja Tacos. But why? The bacon roll with hash browns has set such a high bar that I can't imagine anything else on the menu could be as good.

Love this place!!! Particularly because the prices are affordable and the food is delicious!!! $5 plates are amazing!!! Can't get a good meal at that price ANYWHERE!!! Customer service is also delightful!! Good job Baja! Thank you for being reasonable and feeding Santa Fe a long history of amazing food at amazing prices!! Forever loyal customer!!!
I have not eaten meat since I was a kid. It's not a choice for me it's closer to a religious decision. Sometimes restaurants are able to respect that and will work hard to meet your dietary restriction. Sometimes they just don't care. About one quarter of the times I have gone to purchase a breakfast burrito with no meat and green chili I find they have forgotten and put a random selection of meat somewhere in the middle of my burrito. Now I can only assume that this is happening intentionally since the ticket attached to the bag always says no meat and green. I suppose they've decided to teach me a lesson about my stupid dietary choices. I think I will learn the lesson and when my friends suggest we go to Baja Taco I will let them go on without me. If you have an allergy I wouldn't recommend going here because they will probably poison you.
