The waitress was Very Friendly and efficient. My order was VERY GOOD ?? I enjoy the meal,, no room for dessert.. Excellent Food and Service... Thank You ?☺️
Minor complaints. Ordered a medium rare steak and got a medium well. I sent it back. Long wait for food. Table video monitors kept going out while the kids were playing them. No crayons for kids menu. But, Food was good and had happy tummies. we tipped our waitress well.
DO NOT GO HERE. IF YOU DO, DO NOT ORDER STREET CHICKEN AND SHRIMP.My partner and I were staying in La Quinta, so were able to walk over to Applebee's, which was nice. When we walked in around 10:00 PM, a couple was leaving and warned us not to eat there because they had horrible service. That was our first red flag. Then the host was decently rude, but this was close by and open, so we carried on. There was a 45 minute wait, so we confirmed it was okay to wait at our hotel with the host and were on our way.We walked back when we received the text, the host said to come back within ten minutes and we got there in five minutes after getting the text. When I was next in line a large party barged through the door and tried to cut infront of me. I asserted myself and spoke to the host when it was my turn, telling her I received the text, but she told me to wait because she wanted to cater to the large group first. So rude host and scary warning from that other couple, but we waited and were eventually sat.The waiter was absolutely wonderful, things were looking up. We said we should go to Applebee's more often and we left in good spirits.Four hours later I got EXTREME food poisoning. I ordered the street chicken and shrimp which, looking back, maybe was a risk at 11 PM, but I figured that ordering it at an established chain would be safe. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY APPLEBEE'S, but I wanted to comment and warn anyone at this one in particular because I started throwing up blood due to how violently sick I got from their food. We had to pay for another night in the hotel, extend our trip, and go to the ER. It's almost a week later and I'm still not feeling my best.

The service and food was good, so were the alcoholic beverages. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait but we were seated within 5 minutes. The food was reasonably priced and the restrooms were clean. I gave it four stars because part of our order was wrong, but the waiter corrected it on our ticket and was very polite about it. We would visit this Applebee's again.
My husband and I came for lunch. They were short staffed but kept the expectations realistic. They didn’t double seat their servers or push the kitchen.We waited about 15 minutes, our server was a sweet young lady who is working her tail off! Thanks for the great service and the food was so darn delicious! Thank you kitchen team! It was fantastic!!!
Was in a bad accident on our way to get our food. Cheyenne was super nice until we got to the restaurant, no one seated us for 5 minutes. Ricardo was very helpful. The rest of staff and bartender were very cold and we will never return
We sat at the bar, baltazar was very attentive and polite. A man at the bar was obnoxious and clearly drunk, we ask to move Baltazar did try to get him to stop and not yell. Cheyenne came to our table, we spoke to her about the situation at the bar. Both Cheyenne and baltazar handled the situation and resolved it without incident. The food and service were great, we thanked both of them for helping remedy the problem
Hostess Christina was very delightful and friendly. The food that was prepared was amazing. Great portion and lovely taste
Food was good no complaints, however the two young ladies hosting were very unprofessional! Busy with their cell phones and forgot we were waiting for half hour to be seated and sat a couple who just walked in before us. So then we get seated after waiting 45 minutes, and are waiter took 15 minutes to get to are table. The food could have been Mandan but after an hour and a half it tasted pretty darn good. ? but we didn't die!!!
