The tea is pretty great. We had a fairly large group that showed up, and they put us all through pretty quickly. I was very disappointed that they were out of black boba, however.
Awesome boba. Eating area clean. Bathrooms are so so. Was just a quick stop in and out and fixed our boba fix.Boba was not over or under cooked. Was made well
The drinks were pretty good but the guy working was very unprofessional and we also saw a cockroach on the ground. Once the replacement came in the dude just left without making our drinks.
8 dollars for this? More than halfway just ice. I don’t like to bash on business but This is a rip off
poor service, and how is it that every time i try to go you guys are out of BOBA?? commonnn. the times i have gotten my drink it’s pretty good but that’s few times. i hope service improves since this is roswell’s only place with boba tea.
I ordered a boba smoothie and it came unblended with chunks of ice in it that were so big I couldn't drink it. I had to send it back because it was undrinkable, and had to pay more in order to get a new one. Also noticed the bathroom was very dirty and there were cobwebs and dust all over the ceiling. Prices are way too high for how terrible the service is.
not really efficient with staff. I know there going to say because of covid. But I think uses covid as a excuse.
zero degrees deserves zero stars. absolutely disgusting. went to use the restrooms, roaches on the sink. thought maybe the bathrooms were dirty so i still decided to order. saw a baby roach on the counter. left immediately. also very understaffed and never have certain flavors. from what i’ve heard, they treat their employees like garbage. over work them and have taken money from their checks. the owner amber has also been accused of taking all the tips for herself. never sharing with the actual workers who make the drinks. one of roswell’s very few locally owned businesses and have one of the worst business ethics in the area.
please do not buy here it is not good and roach infested seriously the times i have gone i have gotten sick from the drinks. I once saw about 10 roaches in one visit, safe to say i did not return.
I came to the attention that this place is very dirty , there were roaches running around and a few were dead. I also came to witness how badly a few of the employees were being treated horribly, no one should be treated like how they were. I had a bad experience coming to this place which I’m never going back due to the fact.
