they should bring back the jalapeno cheddar biscuit back

First time ever at a Whataburger. I'm very impressed. Very fresh, friendly staff, I wish we had a Whataburger in Kentucky. Just found out there's one in Nashville, Tennessee.Guess where my next mini vacation is to?

Very slow service not to mention they kept on giving me the wrong order. Although the food is great ? once you do get it. It took me 45 minutes to get my order.. Do not go through the drive thru if your pressing for time

Ordered food for curbside, food, delicious, service? even better. my boyfriend ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was so good that i wanted one as well. the lady remembered us and said it was so good you must have wanted another one. super sweet gal and i wish i got her name. 10/10 reccomend

Whataburgers in Texas has way higher standards. The cashiers had to be corrected both times I went because they were entering orders wrong. Food was decent, but the service wasn't. Whataburger should be bringing your food to your table and offering condiments and napkins. This place seemed annoyed we were even there.

Almost to much but exactly what you would expect, down side is I ordered on my PC and had no way to let them know where I was when my order came up.Seems this is not something they are prepared for and took forever to get my order together while I waited as each costumer had no mask seem to crowd the space by there counter … mostly full points for staff in masks and eventually getting me my food… but it was a mess for sure just prepare for it and you will be fine … but yeah big burgers and they are quite good in my opinion…

Daniel is a good manager. Remembers names and orders. The pictures display a couple and the soldiers they bought lunch for. Pay it forward.

Asked for a plain burger, took 20 mins, when burger arrived I asked if it was plain and was assured it was. First bite of the burger was nothing but bread and mustard could hardly taste the burger. Kinda bummed out and a little hesitant to go back.

Do Not, I repeat Do Not use the Drive thru and expect to get you order right or complete. Ordered 2 burgers, onion rings and a coke. Only got one burger. Thank goodness I checked before we left. They made us pull up to the trash can then again around the corner while waiting on a Whataburger Jr. Took 17 minutes and by that time the one burger and onion rings were stone cold! Thanks bunches!

I would give this negative stars if possible. My husband has to be at work before 6:00am. I got in the app and ordered him breakfast to be picked up at 5:30am. When we got there, they handed me his coffee and said it would be out in just a minute. I pulled out of the way for other drive thru customers. At 5:43 I pulled back over to window. A couple of employees looked right at me and ignored me. I knocked on the window and was told they were working on it. The young manager came to the window and got very rude with me for knocking on the window. I told him that the meal was ordered on the app 30 minutes prior and that we needed to leave. He uttered something unintelligible and closed the window. I took my husband to work and then called the customer service number in the app. That person apologized and said he would escalate it and refund my money. That was December 4th. I called customer service again on January 6th. This is January 17th and NOTHING has been done. I will NEVER patronize this business again.
