Yo Starbucks open a second store cause this one is slammed 24/7 and the staff have to work at TURBO speed to try and keep up. Staff do the best they can just needs more capacity
Ordered a plain Jane cup of coffee from the pot and it was not only burnt from quite possibly sitting there all day, but was not an average cup of Joe either. It was blacker than black. It was some kind of super 2x dark roast, so dark, that I had jitters all day and couldn't sleep that night. Don't know what is stronger, the coffee or the slap from Will Smith to Chris Rock.
Drive-thru experience was abysmal - queue waiting time was too long and, of course, the order was not fulfilled accurately. Why?
Worst Starbucks ever. Online ordering is never available. Baristas can’t multitask. They constantly give the wrong order. Two thumbs down. Don’t waste your time trying to get a coffee fix here.
I really like this Starbucks, the workers are always really friendly. They were out of mocha and the worker was kind to tell me other flavors I could get. I go often, it's a great place ?
Absolutely worst Starbucks I have ever seen. Waited almost 1 hour to get my order and then they canceled it. Total island time
SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. At first I thought it might be a staffing issue, but then I was able to see inside from the Drive thru line. The employees were just sauntering around with no urgency at all! Pretty sure it took me 20 min to get through the line. Would have left, but I was stuck.
These people do good work most of the time. Please add tipping to online orders. It's 2022 and we're in a pandemic. Not many people carry cash!
Due to the supply shortage they were out of everything I wanted to order. Looking mainly at the impossible breakfast sandwich which every other starbucks had.. Then to put salt on the wound they have a pincode to use the bathroom. Felt embarrassed that I couldn't find something to order, then to have to come back to ask for the bathroom pin. I understand they want to lock homeless out, but at some point we need to realize we are locking humans out of a bathroom. I'm pretty sure whatever the reason is a solution can be figured out. Humanity. I also noticed this doesn't happen at every Starbucks. Says something of the people who live in that area.
Spent almost 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru and still left before getting a coffee. This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to and definitely will not be back. Be Better, Do Better!
