The tater tots were cold and the cheese not melted. No device except at the drive through. Service and food quality is unpredictable. Staff was polite and helpful
The Sonic on Second and Sunset in Roswell, N.M. is SLOW, I waited about 14 minutes to get a Grape Slush, after that I asked 1 of the servers about my slush, she just apologized 3 times, I told her this was the second time this happened, As I was waiting for my slush, I noticed other cars were ordering after I had ordered, and they were getting their drinks first, this is not right, I am wondering if my money is not good enough of they don't like me, any way, something needs to be done so this problem does not happen to others, I will go back and keep track of time and when I receive my order.
Great service! Delicious food and it was hot when we got it. Very fresh food we enjoyed it
Food quality is hit or miss and the drive up screens are also hit or miss some buttons don't work.. but if you go through the drive through you get fast service and the staff are all super nice and our last car hop was awesome! Got a nice tip!
Good burgers... But they need to upgrade their menu and stick to some of the new flavors they add...
Very clean but service kinda sucks! I had to press the button 2 time with like 12 minutes between presses cuz they skipped me the first time
I placed a mobile order and got there and did what I was supposed to do and they still didn't bring our food to us so a friend had to go in and get they food was cold and didn't taste right
This sonic sure does like to overcook things. Its always in the evening/night. During the day it is pretty good. Tonight was absolutely disgusting!
This Sonic has quick friendly service and the food was hot fresh and delicious. This is my new Sonic to eat at.
Was greatly disappointed in the food. My grandson's burger had a big piece of plastic in it.
