After waiting for almost an hour after ordering online, I called to check the status of my delivery. I was told that my order came through as a carry out. I specifically remember selecting delivery in the middle of my order because a pop up box warned me that changing to deliver would make me have to start the order all over again, which I did. As I was on the phone with the manager, she insisted that I selected carry out. She said she could change it to deliver but there would have to be a 12 dollar charge added. I canceled the order and got pizza from Dions.
Great service and pizza made to perfection everytime
I was very disappointed with my order.I went in and it took me 10 minutes before someone took my order . I ordered a dinner box and an order of extra wings. My pizza was burnt around the edges and my wings were over cooked. Later I called and did left a message for the manager. I spent almost$40. Dollars and if I hadn't been on the road to Albuquerque I would have returned everything. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone .
The pizza was heh at best and for 1 pineapple & pepperoni & 3 plain pepperoni pizzas it cost $72. Crazy. Should have gone to Little Caesars.
Pizza not bad, but in app ordering all mest up, call in not much better they can't even get your name right.
I ordered 12 pc wings which were great and a personal pizza that was unfortunately too small… but the price was not it. The pizzas are expensive and they don’t have most drinks in bottle sizes. Very empty, and workers were never at the front for customers. Not to mention it’s a scam as they don’t have prices on the menu. I was disappointed today. Go to dions for pizza.
The staff is friendly but I haven't had an order right or without issues in last 8months. Last time we ordered for the kids movie night we had 3 burnt pizzas and 2 undercooked.... all for $50 down the drain. Under new management it says but that's when the staff started downhill it seems. Please bring back my favorite pizza...
Too expensive for what you get!!... $50 for 2 pizzas??... we could have gotten a really nice dinner for that price
I ordered a dozen wings. They were still warm when I got them home. They tasted great. But, the price was almost $25, which is $2 a wing! Pizza Hut is going to have to better on the price.
My delivery guy was friendly and found me at the front desk. You are fast hot and fresh Pizza Hut! I at the Supreme right away and Hawaiian is my favorite!!!
